The room we had was located on the bottom floor closed to the main lobby, but to the rear of the building. The room its self was smallish, nicely decorated, the double bed was reasonably comfy, it was clean and the shower was great. In the room was a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee which is always useful....

There is direct access from airport to Paddington Station then just a block to walk to apartments makes this a good choice. Next to Hyde Park too.The apartments are older but refurbished with kitchenette, micro, toaster, coffeepot,TV. There are sufficient supplies such as soap. Safe area. From Paddington Station you can get to St Pancras station to catch the Eurostar to get to...

The location is very easy - close to the tube, parks etc. The staff are either rude or generally unhelpful. The rooms are large and good for families, but worn and tired. No dishwasher or clothes washer. Tiny elevators and narrow stairs to top floor make bags a nightmare. Noisy hallways with little sound insulation. I won't stay there again.

Pros: Very conveniently located - close to Paddington Station, the tube, buses, and shops. Paddington has a Marks & Spencers Simply Food and a Sainsbury's, which is convenient as the rooms have a (small) fridge, microwave and cooktop - so very convenient for dinner after a full day's walking around the sites of London. Cons: The room was very warm...

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is rude to the customers. First day on arrival they gave us a studio instead of the appartment we booked. When I went to reception to complain about the room they said that the studio and appartment were one and the same. After arguing for some time they gave us suprisingly...

After you book, call the hotel and ask for a refurbished room!! This will solve all your issues and the bad reviews are for unrefurbished rooms. As for the traffic, your slap bang in the centre of London, deal with the traffic at 6am or buy some ear plugs. Ok now the basics have been cleared up. The hotel is...

We had a great stay at these apartments, although the apartment we were given overlooked the road and the traffic noise was quite bad. I did phone ahead and request one of the re-furbished rooms and one at the back of the building, however that could not be guaranteed - understandably. I think next time we visit we will insist...

Let's start with the positives. The rooms are big (with a kitchenette) and the service is wonderful. The location is also quite good, close to the underground, Hyde park, simple take away establishments and nice restaurants (especially Mughal's which is a great Indian restaurant open late and has excellent TA reviews). However our room was right besides the street and...

We just had a great stay here. Can't believe what we got for the price. Decor was dated but we had loads of space and the kitchen was really well equipped - better than when we recently stayed in an expensive apartment. Rooms were cleaned every morning and coffee supplies renewed. Everything we needed for the stay and saved us...
