I thought i was going to hate this place after seeing the previous reviews but i am actually so relieved I didnt change hotels. Location of the hotel is so good, only a 5 min walk from paddington station and straight on the main road so no problems of getting lost. Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfy. The... More

Perfect location near the station, welcoming and helpful staff and a lovely room. Unsure about the reviews suggesting rooms were small and dingy, ours was a good size, large window, and plenty of storage space. Thank you for an enjoyable stay at an amazing price!

The one redeeming factor which this hotel has is its location. The rooms are tiny and claustrophobic. The building is old and needs updating. Paint on the old window in the room was peeling off the decaying wood, and windows need to be replaced. Room was noisy from sound of traffic, and not helped by single-paned glass in the window.... Stayed 4 days, photos are deceiving, the actual rooms are very much smaller than it seems in the photos, no fridge in the room, the double bed is actually one (Big Single Bed). The water was warm during the morning, not hot enough to take a shower. The Elevator is very small and can handle one person and one big... More

So expensive and we quickly realised we were only paying for location. The outside of the hotel and the lobby look nice enough but our double room was wall to wall bed, and the bed was small! Tiny tiny room, tiny dingey bathroom. Had to get on my hands and knees on the dirty wooden floor to plug my phone... More

This hotel was OK for a one night stopover. I stayed in a double room which was far too small. I was a lone traveller.and I think two people would have found it a struggle what with luggage etc. Careful when you sit on the bed it moves across the laminate floor. The shower was good with plenty of pressure... More

Well the rooms are very small, the breakfast Not good and the staff are unhelpful . I think I have just made my first all negative review of a place. The location well ok .. it's near Paddington station and Hyde park so that is good but in my opinion it's not worth it.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Though the run was small but it hardly mattet. Staff was helpful and the check-in and check-out process was quick. Though they have facility to store luggage but i didn't used it. Breakfast was kind of ok, hope they could improve taking into consideration that international travellers stay. As it was mostly English... More

The location of this hotel is excellent really close to paddington station. But the rooms are small. Stayed here for 3 nights with husband and teenage son both over 6ft 3in tall and stuggled with rooms booked a triple room via booking.com (sent message requesting good size room but no response) when arrived room was really small and had a...
