Room was very basic and would say it was 3 people, the decor was outdated but clean, the bathroom well sorry not much can be said for it was more like a caravan bathroom stuck onto the wall, the dinning room was very small and cramped staff hardly understood what you were saying, and I felt the way they looked...

I checked in & my room was on the top floor in a dirty attic room. There was no lift so quite tough to carry a heavy suitcase and no help was offered. I was offered another room in the basement that was smaller & even worse so I grabbed my stuff and booked into a basic but better hotel...

The location of the hotel was excellent. However I booked this hotel seven months in advance yet our room was two doors down in a hotel called the Admiral, all very confusing. I have to be honest we didn't enjoy our stay here. The room had high ceilings but was exceptionally small, and very very hot. Therefore we had to...

Kingsway Park Hotel is located in a long street of small hotels. The bus stops right in front and it's easy to flag down a cab or even Uber. London St around the corner has restaurants and convenience stores. Paddington Station is just a couple of blocks away. The hotel rooms are run down. The bathroom was very small but...

Nice room on the top (4th floor), no air con and no elevator which was tough with a heavy suitcase and a bad back! Once established, though, it provided a good base for exploring the Bayswater area. Lots of transport, restaurants, pubs and the like nearby, but the 'full English breakfast' was terrible. Excellent desk staff, however, and worth a...

We have stayed at the hotel just over 2years ago and recommended it then and will again! The location is great. Transport is minutes away or even just walking to Hyde park is not too far. Our room was downstairs (the admiral) which was quiet at night, we did hear the footsteps in breakfast room in the morning, not a...

Breakfast was nice, english breakfast, cereals, coffee, milk, juice, bread, butter, jams, all you can eat. Location is great, few minutes from Paddington Tube station, National Express coach station, clean sheets... Room for four people was in basement, really small, bathroom is old, but clean. Beds really old, but satisfying.

Basic room, Superb location as main bus stop outside and within a few minutes walk of Paddington Station. Very quiet street but also close to shops, and restaurants. Excellent nights sleep, lovely hot shower. Dellicious homely cooked breakfast. But best of all was the price,

The Good: The location is fab! Its in a great location, very close to Paddington and many restaurants close by and is on a beautiful tree lined avenue. The 24/7 Concierge was super helpful and kind. The not so good: Such a beautiful building, such a great location, why spoil your business reputation with what could be easily sorted, minor...

I booked before reading the negative reviews and to be fair, only that it was short notice I considered cancelling. I'm so glad I didn't. Location is fabulous, countless restaurants from every country on your doorstep literally a few seconds away, not that you would know. The hotel is situated on a tree kind avenue, beautiful. Limited parking on the...
