A quiet retreat with all the amenities. It was great having a kitchenette in the room. The design was very well thought out and a lot of care and attention were paid to details. We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent service too. I would go back in a heartbeat

I stayed in this place for one week while on vacation in London. The following are what I found to be the pros and the cons: Pros: 1. Location- it is situated in the precinct of Westminster and within easy access of two tube stations: Queensway Station- where you can access the central line and Bayswater Station- where you can...

No sofa bed as promised. No lift. no air con. no changing of sheets. Rude staff that wears a tudung shawl. Staff admitted that studio apartments cannot measure up to hotels and argued with guests. Rooms are small and dusty windows. Not recommended. There are comparable places around. Make us change the bed sheet ourselves after they forgot to pack...

This was a great place to stay - very helpful people. Handy to the Tube stations - Bayswater and Queensway. Clean and tidy. A very cute cat. Good facilities with a separate laundry if needed although apartment did have its own washing machine even providing the laundry powder!

This was our 6th stay at Vancouver Studios, twice in the hotel and 4 times in one or other of the apartments, we have always found it to be clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and friendly. The serviced garden apartment is especially spacious and has everything you could need for up to 6 people, 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a...

2 night stay. Nice clean room in a pleasant hotel. Good location, near two metro stations. Reasonably quiet area, considering it's London. Amazing local eateries, cuisine from all over the world, 5 minute walk from the hotel. Very comfortable beds, but no drawers for clothing, just one wardrobe which is not easy to access due to tight space. A very...

We stayed in one of the studios for 4 people over new years eve for 4 nights. It was very clean, well appointed(good kitchen) and beautifully furnished with a fantastic homely feel. Bayswater was a great location for accessing all attractions around London with so many food & takeaway options around the studios as well as 2 tube stops close...

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
