Hotel's Favourite
Enjoyed a relaxing few days at this lovely hotel. Stayed with our daughter and large dog and staff were so accommodating and truly dog friendly. Suite was spacious and received a upgrade on arrival so our daughter had her own adjoining room. First class service, a real oasis in a busy part of London; will definitely return.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Perfect checking in and valet parking. The home made shortbread is a lovely touch. Then lovely drink in the bar and the room was just gorgeous. Not many places have a turn down service too

Quaint and homey. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff and service were top notch. Great location, walking distance to Harrods and the tube. Loved our room, king size bed with nice chandelier. Warm and inviting if your looking for a boutique style London vibe.

We had an excellent stay with my partner. The staff shows a genuine effort to make you feel as much comfortable as they can. Every staff we encountered during our stay showed great interest. They were always ready to offer assistance. We chose the hotel due to its great location. When we booked, we didn’t know that they were also super dog friendly. Next time we are planning to indulge our two Maltipoos.

Very nice hotel and great team. The location is great. I really recommend this hotel. They take care of the need of their guests. Typical English old fashion style:) delicious breakfast and we recommend as well the afternoon tea. All the team is very helpful.
