All fine from A to Z. Very lively neighborhood, full of possibilities for restaurants and bars, close to many sightseeing possibilities, great welcome and check-out. Got a studio on the inner courtyard, was very quiet, even heard birds singing in the morning, amazing in the heart of London. Very clean and tidy. Bathroom and kitchen all new. Cannot complain of...

Great accommodation. Close to tube, very friendly and helpful staff (went out of their way to assist after I sprained my ankle), large, spacious apartment. Would definitely come back. Wifi could have been a bit stronger in common rooms, but apart from that the property was excellent.

Stayed a week in apartment 3 on the 5th floor. Large main room furnished with a 2 seat lounge, small table and chairs and coffee table also a separate kitchen stocked with all basic amenities and bathroom/toilet. The old fashioned lift was wonderfully atmospheric but if somebody had forgotten to close both doors to it properly after use it was...

We visited London in October for the Rugby World Cup and stayed at The Mansions on the finals weekend. There were 3 of us so we had a two bedroomed apartment on the top floor, which had everything we needed and more. The apartment was fully equipped with a full lounge and kitchen area and included a washer/dryer which we desperately...

The 3 bedroom apartment was beautiful and well appointed. It had everything we needed to make our five night stay comfortable and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen amenities were great and they left us a lovely welcome basket to start us off on our first few days: a loaf of bread, cereals, juices, milk, tea, coffee, jam and butter, and...

We have been coming back with a work group for the last 10 years, every February. It is a very comfortable apartment building with pretty much all you would need for shrter or longer stays. The office employees are extremely efficient and friendly and so is the maintenance person. And the internet connection is now working really well. Our thanks...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
