Nice and clean, helpful and polite staff. Close to underground, Hyde park and restaurants and pubs. Its nice and cosy, but it is a small building with tight corridors and not the best air ventilation. Quite warm in the room. Really nice and fresh bathroom!
The best thing about this place is the location is convenient THATS ALL!! I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now and it never gets any better. The rooms are tiny, so tiny that I had to put my suitcase on my bed in...More
This place is like a scene out of a scary movie. The floor creeks with the lightest step. The elevator is freaky. The rooms stink and everything is just so outdated! Best western should not let this hotel be under there brand! Highly recommend the...More
We loved this hotel, everything was close and easy to get around. We arrived on the 1st March when it was snowing and stayed for 4 nights.
Breakfast was good and enough choices to suit everyone. Staff friendly and great for advice.

Very comfortable although a little compact as were the bedrooms but very helpful staff especially with our visually impaired friends. Good choice at breakfast. Situated close to tube station and public transport.
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
