Booked this hotel for a weekend in London. It's very close to Earls Court Tube and lots going on around it. The rooms were a decent size for a London hotel and very attractively decorated and a very comfy bed for a perfect night's sleep. The check in was friendly and welcoming and the reception staff and restaurant staff were...

There wasn't much to fault in this hotel. Beautifully decorated throughout. The rooms are great and very comfortable. Little details like the speakers in the shower room make the difference. If I am to be picky there could have been a towel rail in the shower room. Breakfast was particulary good. Fresh cooked rather than a buffet. Location was perfect....

Great location near Earls court tube for great links across London. Comfortable hotel and very helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was particularly good. Hot food is freshly cooked rather than buffet. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best value for the price we pay. It was my boyfriend's birthday and we went to London and stayed at this hotel. This hotel is less than 3 minute walk to Earl's court station (where the Doctor Who telephone booth is). The neighbourhood was clean and quiet. The hotel had friendly staff and excellent customer...

Stayed for a weekend shopping - arrived late Friday evening and made to feel extremely welcome on arrival. The air conditioning in the room was making a noise and when reception was advised they moved rooms for us with no issue and also offered a complimentary drink in the bar. Whilst having the drink in the bar, the restaurant manager...

The hotel has nice and modern rooms and the pricing was very reasonable when we booked. London can be quite expensive. Our room was small but comfortable. The location is in Kensington, right by Earls Court Tube Station. Restaurants and shopping right there as well. The street is quiet and safe. Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel.

We had 2 standard rooms that we booked with through travelocity. The hotel is in an excellent location. A quick walk to Earl's Court Station and multiple pubs and restaurants. I want to recommend this hotel based on their staff courtesy and helpfulness. Upon a late evening checkin my daughter was given a slightly small , cramped room near the...

Wonderful location and friendly staff make it an ideal place to stay. It has a calm and serene atmoshere after being in the busy city of London. The Earl's Court underground station is just round the corner and on the main bus routes. Plenty of pubs and small restaurants nearby. Reommend The Parpadelle Italian reastaurant on Old Brompton Road. We...

We stayed here in May 2016 and loved the convenient location (just around the corner from Earl's Court tube station and in the heart of a thriving commercial district), comfortable and quiet room, and the great value. The best was the "Handy Phone" with GPS and Internet they gave us for free to use during the entire stay! This was...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
