Semen on the sheets!!
After changing rooms once already due to an uncomfortable bed with springs sticking out and mould in the shower, we were shown to a room down a dark back staircase. Tiny room with SEMEN ON THE SHEETS. Clearly housekeeping staff have...More
Fabulous, affordable hotel with perfect location, 3 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station. Rooms were very clean and actually a very good size for London. Warm and welcoming staff - check in and check out swift and efficient. Ideal for a London break.More

I am delighted to know that these guests so enjoyed their stay with us and the details given will be very helpful to other clients thinking of stay with us.

2nd time staying here, great luxury area not to far from everything. The hotel is basic, clean and reasonably priced in an expensive city. The rooms are small too but that’s very European considering. Overall okay for your mom if you don’t want luxury.

Upon arrival, mediocre reception staff. The lift button was broken and had a paper print out stuck over the button. Upon entering the room we were shocked by the size of the room, we couldn’t even open both our suitcases at the same time. Anyone...More
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
