My wife and I stayed while on a theatre visit to London. An easy trip from the West End on the District Line. There are a few pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel check in was straight forward as we had already prepaid some months earlier. WiFi connection was ok but not great for... More

Okay so I get that it's a budget hotel but I would still expect certain standards. Stayed here to visit London with my wife and young boy. Firstly We had to ask for another room because the room we were given originally reeked of smoke. The window was wide open in the room so the hotel obviously knew it stunk... More

The room (for three) was fine although very small. Why I want to share my poor review is because the personnel was extremely unhelpful and at times rude. As we shared a room amongst friends, we asked for a single duvet as we only got a double duvet in the double bed we shared. We asked several times for this... More

What they call Hotel on this site, it's actually a self defined B&B, you can read it on the big sign out of the building (though I didn't really see a breakfast in the morning, I think it was just coffee or tea, but I never stopped to look at it). The place is small but well kept; a big... More

I chose to stay one night at this hotel, in early August. It was a little tricky to find my way, but I chose it for the reasonable price.... It is not a very distinguished hotel, but for those who find dorms juvenile and better hotels too expensive this is more than enough. It's bugdet, plain and simple. At first... More

The room we stayed in was nice, but Alina Pintilie was the most accommodating service professional we have ever met. We travel all the time and were very impressed with how attentive she was to detail. Our room stayed perfect throughout our stay from clean sheets, towels and not a spec of dirt or dust in our room. It was... More

I meant to give a really good review. The location is good, the room was clean and in ok condition and we didn't have any problems. But I had an early morning flight and wanted the reception guy to help me decide how best to get there on time. He was looking in Google maps, so I KNOW he had... More
