Me and my fiancé went for my 21st birthday weekend. From the outside it looks really nice as the street is lovely and the hotel foyer was nice and clean too, we then got told our room was on the top floor... with no lift, we trecked up them stairs countless times and with me being asthmatic was very tiring....

Booked here last minute when a business function was going to go later than anticipated. On the plus side it's directly across from St. Pancras/King's Cross, so if you're using it as just a bed for the location fair enough. I knew it was going to be pretty bad, but at least it was clean. It's very basic, and although...

Very basic. Furniture dated and bashed. Pokey bathroom, door did not shut and had a big piece of wood on it as if it was covering a hole. Windows wouldn't stays open. Only plus point was breakfast was very adequate.

Whilst this is a cheap stay, there is no air con which i really could have done with. There was a noisy hotel opposite with loads of kids which kept on going until 1;30am and because it was hot had to have the window open. Not great when your on a weeks residential for a diploma. Breakfast is very much...

This hotel could be better if they hadn't filled all room space with beds. Very small bathroom. No lift to the 4th floor. Correct staff but not friendly. Paid Wi-Fi. Breakfast is like non-existent (just some bread with butter or jam, some cornflakes and orange juice; really nothing more available)

The room was very cozy. Big bed with a nice view for the main street, it is a very quiet street. Everyday the room is cleaned and you have new sheets and towels. The breakfast is ok, just some croissants would be awesome! You dont have kitchen, but you have a microwave. You are very near to Pilrico station and...

Got put on the second floor and there was no lift? Its 2016, how can there be no lift? This for me was a very, very, very negative point. Room was basic but good. Cleanliness to high standard. Reception staff were also very friendly, I would like to mention the staff member that checked me in but i forgot his...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
