We stayed here for 2 nights the beginning of may. Staff at the hotel was great. Helpful and polite. Room was clean and nice size. Loved that it was near theatre and Covent gardens. A great area to walk around and easy to walk to sightseeing area. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Sometimes it's the little touches that make the difference. For me, it was a man in a bowler hat bowing as I left the hotel. I don't think that's ever happened to me before. It's things like this that will make me remember my stay at the Waldorf Hilton. Immediately from check-in we were looked after, attentive staff we only...

I can't comment on the food or the bar as I didn't eat. But the service and the hotel's location for anyone wanting to see the West End (or work in the City) were just superb. They have these amazing gadgets in the rooms which allow you to make free internet calls across London, which must be great for international...

This hotel is in a great location! Close to everything including Covent Garden, theatre district, and Buckingham Palace. Great concierge service if you need help with booking any of the local tours. The bedroom and bathroom are a good size and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Nice Executive lounge for Hilton Honor members with plenty of choices for breakfast.

We had dinner at the Homage Restaurant at the Waldorf Hilton London. The place is so amazing. The service standard was exceptional. The food was great. Compliments to the chef who was understanding as I made a request about how I wanted my meat cooked. He was happy to re cook the meat to my liking. The waitress who served...

Great location for this hotel, near a lot of the shows, and a short walk to Covent Garden. Polite staff who make you feel that you are really welcome, and nothing is too much trouble. The concierge staff are very efficient and are more than willing to help in anyway. A doorman who says hello everytime you come in and...

We stayed at the Waldorf for one night this weekend and enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We are business owners looking for a short relaxing break and it didn't disappoint at all. Check in was smooth and we upgraded to an executive room just to treat ourselves. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was lovely, great...

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Check-in was smooth and room was a good size and with attractive decor. Breakfast was good too and couldn't fault staff - especially Hollie in the bar. Issues arose after returning home and discovering I had left a small cosmetics bag in the hotel. Called housekeeping to be told nothing had been...

Dear Susie C, Thank you for your feedback and in particular for highlighting Hollie, in Good Godfrey's Bar as really standing out. I was concerned to read of the poor communication and follow up received when you contacted our Housekeeping team. I have asked the Executive Housekeeper to review your comments and discuss the manner in which your call was...

My friend and I went to see Dreamgirls at the Savoy Theatre this weekend and booked to stay in this hotel overnight. Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighbourhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
