Location great. Receptions service atrocious the worst beds we have ever had to sleep on slabs of concert would be more comfortable. When raising this with reception the attitude and response was of a 1 star service. I felt that the response to my concern was dismissed like I was a child by the member of staff who seemed to take great joy in being arrogant and obnoxious. I would consider this to not be of the standard of service which Hilton hotels sets itself on.

Hotel's Favourite
In this time of Covid to be honest I'm always nervous about hotel stays, however this hotel has everything in place for the safety of its guests. (Clean Stay. full information on the Hilton site) This excellent historic hotel is located at the Aldwich in the heart of London's theatre land just a few minutes walk from Covent Garden. The hotel was built in 1900’s and over the years has undergone some major refurbishments. In the last 20 years it has been modernised, and refurbished whilst still keeping the original art deco feel. The rooms are larger than many hotels in London beautifully appointed and well equipped with A/C, TV, bath and shower etc. Upon arrival I received a glass of fizz and a warm welcome from Helena @ reception . From the moment we arrived to the time we checked-out the service was exemplary. I had checked in online before and my room was beautifully prepared. As a diamond member I received a room upgrade to the most exquisite room, my only complaint is there was no proper coffee machine in the room with only instant coffee, The executive lounge is closed because of Covid, and the executive facilities are quite restricted at the moment. The hotel is offering a bottle of wine your room for diamond members. The Bar currently has a limited menu which is reasonably priced. There is a set Menu in the Homage Restaurant which is quite limited. Breakfast is Excellent and the staff go above and beyond to make guests welcome. A full breakfast service is available with a chef on duty preparing omelettes, eggs etc. catering for the most fastidious tastes. A pleasant stay overall. Whilst the room’s and service of a high standard, the current catering facilities leave a little to be desired. If you are looking for luxury break in London I can recommend this Hotel if only for its location, and the excellent service.

Lovely hotel I’ve always liked it the only thing I can fine now to complain about is the breakfast in the morning it was great now it sad and dry . you could go and help yourself before now it is plated they say for Covid reasons but if that’s the case why can you help yourself to croissants muffins cereal juice but you can’t help yourself to hot food I think it’s just an excuse for a cut back . They seem to have one person walking around with the iPad taking your order but when it’s busy you wait forever I don’t have time for that in the morning I want to grab my food and go but the hotel itself is beautiful great location I hope they bring back the breakfast . The executive lounge is great the lady in there is really friendly but the same again with the food 👎🏻

Just back from a 2 night stay at the Waldorf and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very pleased with the way the hotel is working while Covid still about. Bedroom was a family room with 2 double beds and plenty of space for all. Breakfast great. Hotel in a great area. Had booked tickets for Mamma Mia. Knew the theatre was close but didn't realise it was right next door, pleasant surprise. All staff very attentive but would really like to mention Georgina at the Concierge desk, could not do enough to help out. If or should I say when we come back to London would most definitely look to book here again.

I traveled to the Waldorf Hilton London for business and stayed 2 nights. As a diamond member I have stayed at many Hilton hotels before and a lot in London, but this was the first time I chose the Waldorf and I was very happy I did. The hotel is very welcoming on arrival and the rooms are a simple classic decor, but well-appointed and clean. I even noticed the thickness of the bath towels as superior to any other I have stayed at! The breakfast in the main restaurant was first-rate and made to order, arriving in only a few minutes each day and the decor of the restaurant was fabulous, a great place to start the day! I managed to use the Executive lounge one evening before going out to dinner and again the experience was great, attentive staff, great canapés, and a large selection of non and alcoholic drinks in a nice lounge setting. The location of the hotel, just off Drury lane and 2 minutes from Covent Garden, makes this an ideal base to explore the main tourist locations around central London on foot and of course, the Tube and buses can get you anywhere quickly across London. I enjoyed the stay so much that I have rebooked for next week to bring my wife to London for a couple of days to celebrate our 20th Wedding anniversary and enjoy the pool and spa.
