Absolutely amazing service from the bar team, very quick and efficient especially Ayan and Kyle! Room was clean for a travelodge , an issue was an aircon and key card kept bugging out. I got lost and the security guard Akinola was super helpful! Would 100% come here again

I had a nice stay here on a study visit to London. Good value for money considering the location and friendly staff. Special shout out to Abdirahman and the dinner staff - great service and tasty meals.

Dinner starter was salad then cavery and fruit or cake for pudding….Hotel had a swimming pool which was great…. Clean rooms great staff…. Taken to our destination Legoland the following day… Spent all day at the park and back up the road the following day…I HAD A GREAT TIME! 10/10 Caledonian Travel

Disgusting wet dirty patches all over bedroom floor, did nothing to try and fix the issue, didn’t even come and look at it. Had to walk around the tiny room in shoes. Lack of basic bedroom amenities like tissues, water, toilet brush!!!

We had planned a national meeting of the World Day of Prayer in London on the day of the Queen's funeral. People had already booked rooms and were travelling from different parts of the country so there was no way we could cancel or postpone our meeting. Travelodge made it possible for us to sit round a table in their dining area. and we grabbed victory from the jaws of defeat. Thanks you for your understanding and generosity Travelodge. We'll keep you as our 'go to' hotel in London!

Awful hotel. My 15 year old son and I arrived around midnight. We were exhausted having just spent 15 hours in ‘the queue’ and couldn’t wait to just get to bed. Reception gave us a key a room in the UG section, this is located on the lower ground level in what only can be described as a basement level with a few rooms. When I entered the room it was horrendous. A very small double bed and a very very small bathroom. Literally nothing else. I had booked a family room and assumed this would be a double bed and a pull up type bed but alas no this wasn’t the case. I went back to reception and they said I had booked a double room, yes it was a family booking but some people share a bed with their children (I understand that however mt son is a strapping 15 year old who really doesn’t need to be sharing a bed with his mum!) the receptionist was rude, obnoxious and very dismissive. I was so very tired that I broke down in tears at reception. All he did was say that’s the room you have booked as a ‘good will gesture’ I will change the room. He changed the room eventually and we were given a room with another bed but this room was disgusting, the smell was awful, like fish! The bathroom sink and shower were covered in black hairs, the shower curtain was soiled and the extracted fan was full of dust and grime which kept falling into the shower. No hairdryer. It was just awful and for £199.99 was a complete rip off. I’ve stayed many times in travelodges with work and honestly have never had a problem before but this one is seriously bad, dirty and unacceptable. Travelodge are basic, yes we all know that but there is never an excuse not to be clean. The breakfast was a free for all, stale crossiants, the milk was spilt everywhere, there were no knives and forks, no bread for about 20mins and when I asked if there was any bread had my head bit off by a member of staff who said ‘we too busy’ Awful awful hotel .
