Great location for Knightsbridge area. Park and shopping were steps away. Easy access to the tube. Concierge were great at getting us tickets, cars, etc. Rooms were very small (always a problem in London, but frustrating for the price). Rooms were very functional and clean, but could use a refresh. We were on executive floor with access to executive lounge,... More

The hotel is in the perfect location next door to the famous gucci boutique and across the road from louis vuitton. The staff weren't much help and were'nt the friendliest, the rooms very a good size and catered for our every need although they weren't up to the standard i had expected. There were a few small holes in the... More

We stayed at the hotel with my husband for 4 days. The rooms are small but clean and we were on the 9th floor so it was very ligth in the room. However, we realized that we forgot our car keys in the safe, after we checked out. We called the hotel in the afternoon to ask for the staff... More

I am delighted that you found the location of the hotel to your liking. Reading the issues you incurred, I can understand your frustration of events, however; I do believe the issue with the key, my team, including my PA did investigate the checking of the room and confirm that the guests who were allocated your room following your departure,... Excellent location, could not be better. 3 mins walk from Knightsbridge tube, and in the heart of a bustling shopping district. Room was fine, furniture was a bit worn, but overall it was comfortable for the days I was there. Downside was that I was also attending a seminar at the hotel and the room we were in was freezing... Your heading is so true! I can only apologise for the issues you incurred, whilst we are unable to offer medication to guests, we would have had no hesitation in acquiring this from a pharmacist on your behalf and I am disappointed this was not offered to you. Very nice hotel in an excellent location in central London. Concierge and porter staff very friendly polite and helpful. Our friends who have a flat in London precommended this hotel and we are glad they did. We were 6 including our children and grandchildren. We received a pre-arrival email and we were greeted by name upon our arrival. All of the staff were so very helpful no matter the request and everyone always greeted us by name.

The room was small but nice, clean and the bed good. However the bed was on wheel and move as soon as you sat on it. The night table was broken. The worst was actually the breakfast! Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
