what a lovely intimate place for Tea. Yes it's a 'Grand Hotel' but I can honestly say the lack of ostentatious and the attentiveness of the staff made our experience one to remember. I would go again!

Very hard to beat, staff friendly and amazingly helpful, I don't eat dairy products and they where very good in accommodating this, highly recommended you will struggle to find better in London, the choice is exceptional, given the choice to sit in the courtyard which is very ambient Tattinger champagne served very good selection of teas, hotel location is set...

Great location. So close to most things of interest. From checking in to checking out, a really lovely experience. Beautiful room with river view. Turndown service. Bar a little slow. Did not eat in restaurant. Expensive but with every penny....I'll be back!!

Five star prices without the five star treatment. Room 641 needs sorting. Shoddy fixings, mouldy bath, no separate shower cubicle, inadequate walk in wardrobe, safe that's not so safe. Never really felt welcome at the hotel, me or my wife. Booked river view room with king bed and although alright, felt we got the low end of what we paid...

Not quite as amazing as it could be. Let down by a few minor details. Hair in the bath plug, odd tasting and consistency scrambled eggs, a lack of stairs forcing you to get the lift and a tiny exercise room. However this is a good hotel in a fantastic location.

From the moment we arrive and were greeted by James with a glass of champagne until we left, everything was absolutely beautiful. Staying in Westminster

Neighbourhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
