From the moment we stepped into the beautifully decorated "Restaurant & Bar" at The Clermont, we were all wowed!! But that was only the beginning. Keerthi, our designated waitress attended to us with a big, radiant smile! Ever the helpful attendant, Keerthi served our delicious 3-course-meal. The food was ravishing, but Keerthi stole the show! Reader I assure you, on my next date I am taking lucky Lady to The Clermont! Keerthi promoted this outfit incredibly well!

This is a great and beautiful building, from the sweeping staircase to the event spaces Used this hotel and it’s facilities a few times now (Inc under the old amba title) The rooms were well appointed with amenities including slippers and robes (may have been the type of room we booked unsure if all types are) Most recently was there for e conference with the delight of the large and beautiful ballroom space as well The catering (work event and when staying for city breaks so eating in the restaurant was splendid If you can I recommend eat in the bit of the restaurant which hangs over the hotel frontage with good views of the strand through expansive windows The lit staircase at night in the main building is enchanting also Location wise it’s a short tube ride from Paddington and conveniently located for Trafalgar Square, the strand, and only a short walk to areas such as the Mall and Buckingham Palace Overall a beautiful hotel if you are looking for a slightly more upmarket residence whilst in London…

Booked an early evening meal for Sunday and they accommodated our request for a half an hour earlier time at 6pm when we arrived. We were greeted politely at reception and sat at a nice table over-looking the Strand. We had the 3 course set menu and it was delicious and great value. The food was superb. A special word for our two young servers, Elsa and Emon - they were both polite and efficient and a real credit to the hotel. We would definitely go again.

Last minute booking on a whim, we booked this hotel because of the amazing reviews we saw on line. We where not disappointed , the hotel is beautiful, we had a room On the fifth floor , such a lovely quiet room with all the expected mod cons . We have stayed in a few London Hotels and the mini bar has never been fully complementary . We found this a very nice touch 👌🏽. We had Breakfast at the Hotel and the lovely host , Rosie took her time and showed us how the buffet breakfast was set out and went out her way to make sure we had all that we needed throughout our breakfast. It’s nice to be greeted with a big warm welcome, it really sets you up for the day , Next time , we will have to stay we have have to book for longer . 1 night wasn’t enough.

Perfect location, the staff were friendly and attentive. The twin room was very spacious and comfortable which offered the perfect nights sleep. The buffet breakfast was fresh and phenomenal, can’t recommend enough!

Very nice location for tourists! And we had an exceptional dining experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Emom (Emon..?)!! He made us feel incredibly welcome. Throughout the evening, Emom was attentive, promptly addressing any requests we had. He offered valuable recommendations for the menu and drinks too. Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The rooms themselves were comfortable and just lovely, then the top notch staff made the whole experience delightful. I give a shout out especially to the staff at the desk (Sept 21, 22 and 28) and Solomia and Keerthy in the dining room. We'll be back!

My recent stay at Clermont, Charing Cross, London, was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the location couldn't be better. I was within walking distance of all the major attractions and had a wonderful time exploring London. Highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to the city!
