for my liking the rooms were way to small for the price being charged. 210, quid a night for a room not much bigger then 3 by 4 with a single bed which felt like a wooden board. the walls were very thin aswell as u could hear ur neighbours phone buzzing through the walls. Overall the first impression when... More

Gorgeous hotel, good value for money, and lovely big choice for breakfast. All the staff are extremely helpful would definitely stay here again. This hotel is in such a great location 5 minutes walk to Covent Garden and 10 minutes from Leicester Square would definitely recommend this hotel.

I arrived early and it was pouring. I was soaked and exhausted and asked for early check-in, I was charged a 40 pound upgrade to check in early. I agreed to it because I was freezing, wet and just arrived from the US. Things went downhill from there. The rooms are not well maintained and my second night at 2... More

Perfect location for Covent Garden. Theatres, shopping. Excellent value for money. The room although not facing The Strand was comfortable and the housekeeping staff very good and helpful. We enjoyed Dawaat Indian restaurant. Looking forward to visiting again next November.

Single rooms very reasonably priced for central London. Staff are friendly but very busy. For those used to large hotel rooms beware: tiny room with single bed (not twin, single is smaller) and small bathroom.

Enjoyable stay. Bars and other common areas and surroundings in general were good. Dining Room average, great location. Room, particularly ensuite bathroom, was not very spacious but reasonable value, for London I suppose.

We stayed for three nights, and ended up with changing rooms after one night becuse of the bed in the first room. We woke up all the time, and sleps terribly. Both rooms were kind of... More

We had Carvery on 29th November the food was very good and the service was excellent. Would definitely come back again. 1 gripe 3 soda and lime £ 10.35 come on Strand that is a ridiculous price for what it is. Overall very good.

This location of this hotel is fantastic. We had a standard room which was pretty basic but it served its purpose for the amount of time we spent in it. Would highly recommend this hotel for its location.
