A good experience, everything in place. Close to all attractions, especially if you're a theatre buff as we are. Breakfast was varied and of high quality and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll book in again.

A first class hotel in central London, with friendly staff nothing is to much trouble for them. Excellent food, clean and comfortable rooms to suit all,out side facing rooms can be a bit noisy due to traffic if you have the window open.

I stayed here as I had 2 business meetings in London on consecutive days. Friendly doorman greeted me. Check in went smoothly and I was offered a choice of room location i.e high/low/front. The rooms are clean and tidy. Bed very comfy. Lots of toiletries, magazines and bottled water provided. Freeview tv channels available. The location is fantastic! The hotel...

The hotel is still in a ok shape, but you can see the interior has been installed and in use for quite while. Also, cleanliness of rooms could be better. Standard rooms are quite small, but still acceptable for London standards. The location of the hotel is quite central an very close to Covent Garden.

On arrival we were allocated room 431. Gosh, a cosy double was an understatement! We asked to change rooms as it was so small and dark due to very little natural light. We then had to pay an extra £100 for the two nights to upgrade to a room with air conditioning and a larger room. Well were moved to...

Standard hotel room, clean and functional in a traditional old setting. The lobby gives you a feel of "oh no, this could be a tired old hotel" or "hello, this looks nice, the room could be good".
