Nice & friendly hotel, stayed a few times but on this occasion room 700 did not do it for us, loud outside, bathroom Unclean without any hand wash or body wash for shower, the bed headboard very dirty, hair on sheets and dresser. I think for this occasion the cleaning of the room has let us down, but with a pandemic going on Hand wash is Vital for health and safety please please have rooms clean!! I would stay again but if this happens again i would go straight to front desk for room change!

Where to start with this one? Those of you that read my reviews will know that I am usually quite fair. That being said, here we go... The hotel from the outside looks like a classic 60's/70's concrete monstrosity. Check in is too small for the number of guests using the hotel. Thankfully a short queue for me, but when I came back down after putting my things in the room the queue was pretty much out of the door. Half of the lifts in the hotel aren't working, no explanation as to why. The lifts that were worked were tiny, oversubscribed and slow. On leaving the lift I turned in search of my room only to find a corridor that was terrifying. Its narrow, badly lit and definitely the sort of thing you find in films where people get murdered in hotels. I'm a 35 year old man, it freaked me out. At the end of the terrifying corridor was my room. I say room, what I mean is prison cell. Actually, that's unfair to prison cells as they are much roomier. The room was a thin "double" with about a leg's width either side of the bed and at the foot of it. The bathroom was tiny. You couldn't sit on the toilet and not have you legs touch either the opposite wall or the shower cubicle. Speaking of the shower, I'm not massive, but if I was much bigger I wouldn't have even been able to use it. It's TINY. So tiny infact that you cant bend forward to wash your hair. Mine was a "larger room" because it had a small lounge area tacked on to it. A friend staying in a different room had basically the same thing without the lounge bit. The room was stiflingly hot. Thankfully there is a fan provided, but it was unusable because of the sheer racket it made when on. The windows opened a bit, but of course you couldn't have them too open as directly opposite are other buildings that can see straight into your room, and of course the blinds are attached to the window and not the wall. 10/10 design choice. The only saving grace for the hotel is that it was, contrary to what you'd expect, reasonably clean. However, this really isn't enough to raise my review score. It was awful. Just to top things off, I was awoken at around 4am by a drunken man battering my door in looking for the reception. For a brief moment I figured my fears from the corridor were about to come true. Oh, and lets not forget about the price. ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY POUNDS for my prison cell, with murdery corridors. They even had the cheek to charge me £10 PER HOUR for late check out. I cannot implore people enough to never, ever, ever consider this hotel for your London stay. The title is not hyperbole, it is quite literally the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in.

Personal ist nicht in der Lage, kundenorientierte Lösungen zu finden … Dear Sir or Madam, the only reason for booking was that in over a year you haven't managed to refund my money for the may 2020 booking. Today you showed me again how incompetent your hotel is. my assigned executive single room in no way corresponds to the executive single room of October 2019. the room has no sofa, no table, is significantly smaller and the bathroom is also significantly smaller. on their homepage there is no indication that the executive singles rooms differ so clearly in terms of quality. the other differences are probably due to corona. Neither the check-in staff nor the guest service manager! (Oana?) were able to solve the problem appropriately or in a customer-oriented / satisfactory manner. the only statement was that in the entire hotel !!!!! only two executive single rooms would be free, my room and one next to it on the 10th floor. Had I been aware of this beforehand, I would not have made this booking or would have booked a newly renovated room at a different, lower price, for example. It cannot be that I have to explain to you how you or your staff find customer-oriented solutions in order to find options that are in the interests of a satisfied guest. Therefore, in the future, I will test the hotels in London in a similar price range that keep their promises and are interested in having satisfied guests, especially since it is not the first time that I have had experience with their incompetent check-in staff . If you are interested in how you can train your staff so that you can offer satisfactory solutions for the guests, I can send you a few answers.

Myself and 3 girl friends booked this hotel for one night after traveling from Scotland for a hen weekend. We asked if we could check in any earlier on the Saturday and were told no as check-in was at 2pm, which was fine. We had to go straight to a brunch for the hen party from our flight so we were unable to check in until 3pm. On arriving at the hotel at 3.10pm we were told we would have to wait 30 minutes + as one of the rooms wasn't ready despite check in being at 2pm. After complaining we were given one room on the 6th floor and another on the 4th, which wasn't great as we had booked together and expected to be next to each other. The elevator on the 4th floor did not work which meant we had to travel up and down the back stairs to get to our friends' room on the 6th floor and also to go back down to reception - the back corridor with the stairs was so unsightly, it was like a building site, and only one person could go down at a time - the door to the 4th floor at these stairs also said No Access to Hotel Guests, so it was very confusing and we got lost twice. In our room on the 4th floor we had 2 single plugs - not even nearly enough for a 2 person room. The plug at the dressing table with mirror did not work, which meant we could not dry or straighten our hair in front of a mirror. The other plug at the bottom of the bed by the window was temperamental, and we had to manoeuvre the wires on our appliances to get this to work. There was also only one breakfast tea bag provided for the morning, which meant my friend and I had to split a cup of tea - not ideal. We had an issue with a creepy man wandering our floor at night - we reported this to the two male workers on the night shift at reception - they couldn't have been nicer and accompanied us up to our room - the service they provided was excellent and partly made up for the averageness of the hotel in general. Overall, the location of this hotel is excellent and if you're not fussy about the room and what is provided for you then I'm sure it will be fine.
