Lovely little hotel hidden in back streets of west London. Great for museums and South Kensington. Rooms lovely and transitional. Breakfast only continental but very nice all the same. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Will be back!

Lovely boutique hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. Ideal location for Central London as it is on the Piccadilly line. We only stayed for one night but it was a comfortable room, we stayed in the Pasha Suite which has a balcony. Peaceful and quiet area and hotel . The breakfast was great and unlimited coffee was an extra...

Temperature in 'small double' was above 25 degrees C in february. Only solution offered was the advice to 'open the window'. This opened to a shared balcony/fire exit structure which enabled easy access to intruders. I hardly slept the 3 nights I spend there. Staff was polite but did not offer solutions. They advised me to contact the hotel manager...

We booked the Mezzanine room for three nights in December 2016. When arriving we stored our bags and could order any coffee we wanted on the house which was served in the waiting area. We only checked in late, but the reception was very friendly. We loved the room, We knew the ceiling was lower in the room, but that...

I first visited this hotel over 14 years ago and have just returned after circa 10 years. Whilst it now has different owners, the hotel has retained the qualities that made it a good hotel. The rooms are well maintained, clean and tidy. The hotel staff and very friendly and most helpful, in particular the lady from Romania. The hotel...

Beautiful decor and space did not make up for the constant noise from above and on same floor. Reception and room above .. banging...

We booked last minute and we're pleased we did as the staff truly are exceptional. The hotel isn't amazing but it's good and it's a great price for what you get, the bathrooms are a little small and basic rooms but that does not matter as it's made up by how welcome you are made to feel. Nothing is too...

All rooms in this small hotel are individualised in an east meets west style. Staff were lovely: breakfast was served in conservatory, very well presented tho simple. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very cosy, lovely bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I opted for the ottoman suite for me and my daughter for a pamper weekend to spoil ourselves. Next to us was the mezzanine room where another two members of my family stayed. Both rooms had gorgeous interior and where clean and tidy on arrival. There were tea making facilities available and...

We stayed at this hotel five days ago for one night in a superior double. On arrival our room was not quite ready so we were shown into the bar area and offered a cup of coffee. Fifteen minutes later we were shown to room No. 10 on the second floor. Our immediate feeling was that the room was quite...
