My room was a lovely room overlooking Grosvenor Square, so it had a peaceful feel when I looked out the windows. The bed was very comfortable and the upscale bedding made it difficult to want to get up in the morning and resume my travels. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. I would highly recommend a stay here. Very...

We stayed here for a long weekend at the start of December and having stayed here before, we knew what to expect. When booking, i booked direct through the Millennium hotels website and got a far better price than through the other agencies. Check in was efficient and the room was exactly as we expected - a good quality with...

This is a lovely traditional hotel on Grosvenor square in Mayfair.it is well positioned for the shops and restaurants of Oxford street.we stayed in a standard double room which was quite well appointed but small as was the ensuite. We had been offered an upgrade on arrival but had already paid top price so an extra £50 was too much.The...

I have stayed at this hotel on the 19th of December for 4 nights and i have booked a standard room. When we arrived at reception the receptionist asked us if we wanted to upgrade for only 50£ per night. The difference between the rooms was enormous. The first room that we saw, apparently the one that we paid for was...

Spent 8 nights at the Millennium and the first night was not so great, the room was small, the bed uncomfortable and they had a few issues with pluming in the bathroom. Brought up the issues with the concierge the next morning and we took off, When we returned late that evening we had been transfer to a different room....

We've had the pleasure of staying in a number of hotels and locations in London - but Mayfair, and the Millennium are hard to beat. At the higher end of prices but good value overall, particularly if you use the Club Lounge. Just about the best location - Mayfair, nearby parks, Oxford Street, Bond Street U/G, good shopping and nice...

Echo other users. Nice hotel. Great staff. Rooms large and comfortable but a bit "tired". One thing to add: club lounge was a fine addition. Particularly when it was staffed by Oliver. He was incredibly welcoming and charming. He made my son and i feel very welcome and even gave us a tour of the club, including the amazing view...

Stayed here for one night, got a very good deal so not at all expensive given the location. Staff were friendly, room was a little tired but I loved all the old fashioned fittings, partcularly the marble in the bathroom - they don't make them like that any more! I was on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, fairly quiet....

Nice hotel in a great location all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean but they could do with a makeover as they look a bit tired. I slept very well as the beds are massive and very comfortable and the room is very quiet. If I stay here again I will avoid the...

This was our first stay at the hotel and we requested a meeting to establish a corporate rate arrangement. We were treated very promptly and with great courtesy. Rooms were excellent and location of hotel is first class. Brilliant Cantonese/Japanese restaurant discreetly tucked away behind the hotel well worth a try!

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
