My stay in this hotel was terrible from the start,I was staying for two nights here. When I arrived I was greeted by a rude receptionist who firstly tried to charge me double the price of the hotel. When I finally got to my room through the narrow corridors I was shocked by what I saw, the room firstly had...

I was pretty nervous about staying her due to the many many bad review that people left . I on the other hand had a lovely experiences, it is old fashioned and it does need a bit of a refurbished , but the room was clean , equipped, excellent shower , and the receptionist was a very welcoming and pleasant...

Myself and a friend stayed here for 1 night for a business trip. The check in was very quick and efficient. We went up to our room and it was like a sauna! We had to sleep with the window wide open, in the middle of march, and this barely made a difference! The beds are very soft and not...

Like other readers after reading other reviews we were very concerned as to the standards of this hotel. How wrong can we have been, on arrival we were quickly dealt with and were being shown to our room. Sadly it was to be room 11 up 4 flights of stairs. My hubby has bad knees and cannot do stairs very...

This hotel was chosen for its location (Kensington gardens and High St a short stroll away). It was for a girly weekend in London with my Mum and sister for shopping and a show. We were appointed a basement room which was dirty, sparse and in dire need of lots of TLC. The radiator didn't work which made for a...

We stayed about 5 nights end last year (24th Dec - 29th dec) and I just love the location for this hotel. During the booking, we didnt choose the one with breakfast, however, the hotel allowed us to eat the breakfast freely during our stay without any charges. The location of the hotel is very close to queensway station (red...

I picked this hotel for its central location and I would say that this was the only positive thing about it. I stopped with a group of friends and was really embarrassed that I had managed to book such an awful hotel. The staff on reception would benefit from having a training session on customer service. After checking in we...

I didn't really like the room to be honest down in the basement, room was really hot. If you are a couple except there to be 2 beds not one double one. Was excepting a double bed for me and my partner. The view was horrible wont go back to the hotel

Very basic hotel. Good location with bars in walking distance and 5 mins from Hyde Park. Can't knock the location and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is shabby and dated and the food served for breakfast was poor quality but you get what you pay for I suppose.
