Stayed for two nights. One lady behind the front desk is not polite at all. Donot know why she should be working at a hotel reception which may spoil the experience if you are travelling. The room in the first floor has no windows, so it's dry and stuffy. The fridge beeps. Saw hairs in the edge of the duvet....

The structure is a nice and comfortable place, it's the third or fourth time I stay. I had one of the most unbelievable experiences in my life... Where to start from. I'd say the booking process. I made a booking on booking.com,it was canceled because they made a pre-authorization on the card, my company denied authorization as for accounting procedures...

Very unprofessional staff, untrained and they don't have any knowledge on the basics of hospitality. One of the family members was blocked at the lobby toilet by one of the staff at the bar. This person persisted in not letting him use the toilet as she thought he wasn't a residence at the hotel. This is totally unacceptable as even if...

Hallways are not the best looking, once you step out of the lift it's almost like taking a step back in time, a little dated. BUT the rooms are simple but lovely and comfortable. The shower is amazing! It...

Also the wifi was great so I could watch some Netflix. The hotel is block from the Queensway Station - and within walking distance of Paddington - also really close...

Very close to central line tube and Hyde park, cleaning and bag room staff a little rude but the rooms where lovely and the shower was great. Very warm but we didn't stay in the room long enough for that to be an issue. A little over priced??
