Stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of October. Hotel has a great location, only a short walk from Paddington train and underground stations. Area has lots of restaurants, and small shops to get drinks and candy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel looks better from the outside than the inside. We stayed on the third floor in building...

Perfectly good place if you just want somewhere to sleep. We stayed for three nights with two kids (6 and 8). A bit noicy, small bathroom, hot! No good ventilation. Very nice staff. But we're glad that we chose English breakfast! Hardly any fruit, no vegies and just toast, tasteless waffles and a bit of cereals with just sweet spreads...

Room 121. Twin room. One night, £78. Overall: A little dissapointing. Positives: Very well located, only 3 minutes to Paddington Station. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. High ceilings. Looks pretty good from the outside. Negatives: The windows and walls were unable to block any external sounds out from inside and outside the hotel. There was a lot of noise...

The hotel is on a strip of terraces close to the Paddington underground train station and bus routes which is handy for travellers, it looks good on the website. However, we were firstly checked us into a room facing an alley way and the back of a smelly pub, later on we approached reception to check out as we really...

Its in a great place close to the trains & buses. Clean rooms & good breakfast but very very small rooms & very narrow stairs that you have to carry your suitcase up.You even have to pay a deposit to get the remote for the use of the TV.

Well let me start by saying if there is remotely a thought of staying at this hotel throw it out of your thoughts and never think about it again. By far the worst hotel I have every stayed at. I actually wouldn’t even call it a hotel, more like a hostel. We had a travel agent pick it on my...

I stayed here one night when in a pinch and because it was inexpensive. It was terrible and I would never stay here again. Upon arrival in my room, a long walk and staircase away from reception with heavy bags and no lift, I discovered the room had no phone and no TV remote. A long walk back to reception...

extremely helpful and friendly staff, clean and well-kept rooms, but no elevator. Great location, just around the block from Paddington, the Heathrow Express and several underground lines. Bad pay-to-go internet service (extremely slow, only 21% signal in my room) not worth the money at all, otherwise everything fine! Will definitely stay there again.

The perfect place to stay during your visit in London. Very nice neighborhood, a personal favourite, with nice cafes and restaurants. A very nice walk to Hyde Park is recommended or to Oxford Street for those shopping lovers, both are walking distance away. Rooms have been upgraded and there is always someone to help.
