First time visiting London,a couple of months back, we were a bit anxious on what to expect but it was all fine when we arrived at the hotel and greeted by the friendly staff. Room was basic but very clean. Location of the hotel was perfect just a ten minute walk from Euston station. Ideal for visiting London and exploring...

Stayed one night on business. Great location, 10 min walk from Euston. Normal style Holiday Inn - Rooms could do with bringing up to date (and I was upgraded to exec) as they are the old HI style. Saying that, clean and tidy. The bar was a bit strange, quite cold in ambience, only had one beer and went to...

The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the room I was given was very tatty and in need of a re-furb. It was very clean but there were several things broken in the bathroom. If it's just a place to lay your head whilst exploring London then it's location outweighs the...

On business at this property for 3 days. Enjoyed the location, the friendly and efficient service. However, was not impressed by the limited food options (I was expecting something more than pizzas, burgers and sandwiches). Quality was fine but blend and soulless. Great staff though : Airina, Diana, Lucia, Giorgia, Anqi... All made me feel welcome and at home away...

I was put in a "standard" room which was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The room was not quiet and cost over £180 with breakfast which was adequate at best. I know London prices are ridiculous but this place is woefully overpriced and not very nice. The reception needs more staff as there was a waiting time...

This hotel is a short walk from Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. It's close to Russell Square with lots of restaurants and amenities and there is a car park on site. London transport is excellent so getting to all the main attraction is easy. Hotel is clean and modern with a bar and restaurant on site.

Visited this hotel a couple of times for work training. Ideal location about 10 minutes for. Euston station. Is also a car park next door but I have not used this. Breakfast is good at hotel and staff very friendly. The rooms I have had are a bit "cosy".
