The Hotel is in probably one of the best locations of London. It is hardly 200 m walk from earls court tube station hence practically connected to whole of central london. The rooms are not all that large nor does it have amenities of a luxury hotel, but they are spic and span and in place. The quality of tooth...

Great hotel, good location near Harrods and Natural History Museum, not to far from Soho and Chinatown. Nice size room, clean room and comfortable bed, free safe in room and ice machine in hotel on all floors. Didn't have breakfast we did our own thing. good staff and fast check in. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my one night stay with my girlfriend and I would be happy to return to this hotel again. It's a pleasant 5 minute walk from both Gloucester Road and Earl's Court tube stations, and we had no issue in walking to Harrods from here and visiting numerous museums. On arrival the concierge was willing to help you, reception...

Family of five booked two rooms here. Unfortunately not connecting but still a great spot. Very convenient to both Earl's Court and Glouchester Road tube stations -- Piccadilly line is a direct shot to Heathrow and we used that to get to and from the hotel. Breakfast is very good and if you are Marriott Gold member it is complimentary....

Stayed during the summer in order to see some of the BBC Proms concerts. Hotel was just OK-it was worn, and the room was VERY small. I'm a Marriott rewards Platinum member, and was a bit disappointed in the lack of an upgrade during a seemingly slow time. Was an OK location though, as I could take the tube or...

Was here for training for work and I really could not fault the hotel. The staff were very friendly and aimed to please; we were well looked after. The food was also excellent. Very convenient location just a short walk from the natural history museum. Would definitely consider staying here in future.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
