It appears the GM of TeamKensington in the Front Office is very responsive to guests reviews and questions. I have reserved the junior suite in mid May, 2018 but have some questions regarding additional reservations? Is there an actual live person I can speak to?...More
This Hotel was excellent with a Great Location. Clean Good Food.
Very helpful and well trained staff - particularly in reception and the Executive Lounge.
From desk Personnel were extremely Helpful with Taxi Service and also Maps to the Local Area Attractions.
Clean and well maintained hotel.
Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff.
Nice restaurant, bar, and concierge lounge.
Great location (safe area and short walk to tube stations and close to museums, restaurants...).
Again, this was an emergency stay because of the weather and as I was working nearby the following day I moved from the St Pancras Renaissance in the late afternoon and used some Rewards points for a stay at this location - my first here...More
Stayed for few nights, arrived early and had no issue to get room. Breakfast is good, better than average gym, Staff really friendly. Internet connection works good.
Room by it self was spacious, but a bit out dated, still huge tv, comfortable work desk.
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
