Although the hotel is located very conveniently near green park metro , walking distance from the oxford street and the park, buckingham palace .....................rooms are value for money if not old and need refurbishing in a big way...................lots of places to eat around the hotel and a tesco nearby................but for the price one pays ..........it is alright..............

I don't know where to start! Our apartment had stains on the walls, kitchen was grubby and full of flies. We complained (to which the lady replied 'its an old building what do u expect!!') and got moved to another apartment which was a bit better. Avoid this place - unless ur used to living in a squat!!

Ritz hotel, picadilly Road and main shop area and atraction at very few blocks. The hotel is not new but the rooms are spacious and count with kitchen and living room. If...

Oh my goodness what a disaster this place has deteriorated to! My parents have stayed there many times and as recently as April this year but we had a horrendous experience last week. My mother booked us a twin room, on arrival we were given a grotty studio with a small double bed, no running water from the sink and...

I have just been to see a flat before making the booking for my friend. I have never ever seen such a dump. Dirty, no decoration, run down. And they were ready to charge me £900 per week for a two beds. Chocking that some owners would think that guests are happy to sleep in such horrendous conditions.

DONT go by what they promise. The rooms are bare, carpets are filthy and the plumbing barely works. The kitchens are ill equipped. After we got angry they changed our apartment to another which was just a bit better. Most of the staff is unhelpful. The price is very high for the facilities. The location is very good, so they...

We booked the hotel for a HNI family & they have really appreciated the stay over there. They really liked the location, being closer to the the nearby areas. Free upgrade, nicely done rooms, uninterrupted wifi, was a plus.

We stayed at the Mayfair Curzon Plaza Hotel, and the amount of unfair and horrible reviews on here are just ridiculous. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely lady and we got an instant up grade to room 31a, the room was gorgeous, sparkly marble floors, nice huge wardrobe with ceiling to floor mirrors, living room, tv, sofa, and...

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
