We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as we were just having a long weekend. The location is not bad. Selfridges is not far away (we were walking). Our room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Still I found it very expensive. Overall it's a OK hotel, not the best but neither bad!

Stayed here on a business trip in Oct 2014. Great location only a few mins walk from Olympia station and a short walk to/from a few other stations. We dropped our bags off at 9am, and went out for the day on business, coming back after lunch to meet in the foyer which was a great help as we then...

Hotel staff was very rude. Everyone including front desk staff, concierge, bell hop. There was nothing wrong with this hotel however I found it funny that they are in the business of hospitality and were the only people we met our entire trip that were not extremely friendly.

Room v.small (as expected for this type of hotel in London) but also not very clean, light bulbs not working, plug in sink would not hold water etc, etc. Breakfast very poor organisation, queue to get into dining room and the experience...

Frequently London hotels are a compromise between location, comfort and value. The Hilton Kensington is an exception. It's situated in leafy Kensington, 5 minutes from Notting Hill, 15 minutes from Marble Arch, and a few moments' walk from one of London's biggest shopping malls. The public areas are spacious, with a real bar and good-sized restaurant. Breakfast we found to...

Last stayed in this hotel 31 years ago. Bathrooms could use some updating but overall we enjoyed this last stay. Staff very helpful. WiFi free in foyer but charge applicable in rooms. Good selection of free newspapers. Concierge on duty. Location very handy for huge shopping mall.

I stayed here one night on a business trip. I have visited the hotel before but not as a staying guest. It has changed little in recent years and is in need of some attention. The rooms are comfortable but, for a central London hotel, not outstanding. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the breakfast. Watery scrambled eggs, undercooked sausages...
