I was checked in quickly and efficiently and given precise and easy directions to my room and the proximity of the executive lounge and everything was explained about wifi, breakfast etc, very concise but thats what you want after a...

At the time of my stay, the restaurant wasn't open for dinner. I retired to the lounge and had a wonderful every night. Breakfast was in the restaurant and was very good. Two nights I (and others) enjoyed the piano technique of a young man from England. Very talented. A very welcome stay all around.

So we complain regarding those matter in front desk and the staff told us he will change the sheet and get tv remote asap. We...

Stayed here many times before attending matches at Stamford bridge. Staff is always friendly, especially the concierge, really helpful. Rooms are nothing special but don't have any complaints. Nearby Westfield, heaps of shops and restaurants Tube station is nearby as well, you have multiple options and can even take the overground ( nearby Westfield )

Stayed a few times during March/April due to working in town. Thankfully the weather was nice and dry during my stay as the long walk to Notting Hill tube would have been horrid in the winter rain. As it was spring it was quite a pleasant start to the day. The hotel was as expected for a standard Hilton -...
