Hotel was clean and excellent location if you want to use the tube to get around. Walking distance to Victoria Station. If you are the type that likes to unpack, then this may not be the hotel for you. We had to live out of our suitcases for a week because there were only 2 draws available to unpack into...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, I have to say I was a bit worried about this hotel when I see the review in this hotel, but I don't understand why they say that. 1. Good room size. Room size was good. I can't complain, because I had smaller room in London before, I don't know why people...

We stayed in the double tree by Hilton for one night this month, the reason was to see the show wicked, it couldn't have been more convenient being write outside the Victoria station. The hotel is located just across the road from the stations side entrance and the theatre is located just across the road from the station main entrance...

Great venue with real convenience. The staff were excellent at reception and throughout the hotel. The room was a one bed suite so lots of space and spotless. I would happily stay here in the future and recommend it highly

I came here 2 years ago for afternoon tea on valentine's day and decided to give it a go again. They sat us in a rather darker area this time as they were making up the tables in the nicer part of the restaurant for dinner. Aside from a few heart shaped foil confetti no effort had been made to...

After trying many different hotel and locations in London, Doubletree at Victoria is just so easy. Great tube connections. Friendly and helpful staff at a clean and spacious hotel. An ncp car park is nearby if you want to drive and the area around the hotel is full of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. As Hilton Honours member, I get...

I stayed here with my family for five nights in November 2016. We stay near Victoria simply to be close to a family member living nearby - as such, we have also stayed in the Park Plaza Hotel which is just over the street from the DoubleTree (and I have also reviewed my last stay there as well on TripAdvisor)....

This is a busy, tourist hotel, with inexperienced staff. It's clean small, but otherwise a bit noisy and unimpressive. For the centre of London, it's just about acceptable, but there are many better places to stay (at this price point) if you are willing to put the time in to search.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on business and I think this is a good hotel for that use. It's really close to Victoria station, although a little challenging to get to if you pick the wrong station exit due to all the construction work. the room was really quiet even though it overlooked the station and I could...

Great location for tourists and theatre trips (we were staying to see Wicked). Nice rooms, staff very friendly, great breakfast, comfy beds. Staff very happy to store bags for you. Views aren't much, but then you're only really in the room to sleep. Recommended.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
