We were lucky to have a room overlooking Constitution Hill and, although there was non-stop traffic outside, we never heard a thing. Breakfast in the Club was amazing and the two waitresses, Sophie and Mareen, outstanding. There was a bit of a mix up with the rooms when checking

Every time we stay at the Intercontinental London we have a perfect stay. The club lounge is one of the best with a nice private seat always available. The breakfasts are delicious with lots of English fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries and strawberries) amongst others. The

We stayed for the first time here in early January 2019. I used my Chase IHG Annual Free night and was able to book a Classic Room for such. I contacted the hotel about lounge access, which seems to be extra even for the most expensive rooms. This is the only Intercontinental

You can catch the tube (the under ground) straight from the airport. A taxi would be very expensive. You could also call the hotel to ask if a driver could be arranged and the cost. Most cost effective and time saver is the tube. Hyde park corner is a 30second walk to the hotel. Green park station is about a 10minute walk

Hi, I always find it a good idea to do a hop-on, hop-off bus in a new city. This gives me a guide to where things are, what I would like to go back to explore further and the distances between locations. If you are only in the city, it is easy walking around London. The public bus and train systems are good and easy to use too on a limited budget. The only thing with the trains you don't see much because you are travelling underground around the city so I don't use them in the city only for outside the area. I would be inclined to google the best of London and check out a map for location proximities. Hope this helps.
