Smack dab between two tube stops and really close to Kensington palace. Cute hotel with paper thin walls. The room was small, as are most in Europe. We had a double room with what us Americans call two twin beds that were a little saggy. The reviews say the the hotel has street noise, I never noticed it. We faced...

Recently went to London for the first time. What a wonderful experience! Spent 10 days at the Lancaster Gate Hotel. Originally it was two people but we ended up being three adults in a room. If a room was not available for 3 people we would have to stay in a smaller room with two twin beds and rollout bed...

This is the second year that my colleague and I have taken students to the Lancaster Gate Hotel, and we enjoyed it just as much this year, if not more so. The Wi-Fi isn't great, but the rooms are clean, there is a new bar area, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The proximity to great restaurants, the...

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Close to bus tour pick-up point and Underground (metro), walking too. Room was great, breakfast too. Staff was very nice, Def would recommend. Look forward to staying there again.

Having read other reviews, I would agree that the location is good, only a few minutes from the underground by foot, the hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We had an issue with the first room we stayed in, it was underground which I wasn't comfortable with but they quickly provided us with another room. The only issue we...

Stayed for one night in March 17 while on business. Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Bedrooms were large enough with all the facilities that you would expect. Location is opposite Hyde Park but not on the main road so sleeping was easy as they're was very little noise. Restaurant was good and staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast...

We stayed here for three nights. Everything was fine. Though it is not the most modern hotel, the rooms and public areas were nice and clean. Very friendly staff and good breakfast, not just toast and jam. Very relaxing atmosphere in the bar before going out for the evening. We had an early flight to catch so we were provided...

This hotel was recommended by a colleague and is a great find. Its location is within easy walking distance of Oxford Street and Park Lane with easy access to the Central Line tube. Pricing is very competitive but service levels are very good. Welcoming reception staff are very friendly and my room was clean and roomy. The bar and restaurant...

Despite the current closure of Lancaster Gate station, this hotel is well located and includes breakfast in rates. Well connected to underground services, this hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned to a high standard.

Spent the weekend whilst watching the rugby. Clean tidy room just a little dated. Plenty of hot water but the shower was fixed and too low for my husband! Friendly staff and well appointed for everything we wanted to do. Would recommend it.
