We had tickets for a concert at Royal Albert Hall that got cancelled because of Covid19. This hotel was well located, and we had booked it for several nights. When we contacted the hotel to cancel our reservation, they responded to our email very graciously at a time that must have been quite unpleasant for them. Our room was cancelled without penalty. The concert has been rebooked for June of 2021, and we expect to again book this hotel.

Very nice location near Kensington Park, V&A / Natural History Museums and tons of shopping / restaurants. Staff was very kind and helpful. Older building and I had a noisy upstairs neighbor walking around ALL NIGHT. The staff moved me to a nicer quiet room my last two nights. I thought the breakfasts were excellent. Very generous with everything aside from hot meal service. I saw several scathing reviews based on the hot meal alone? Wow settle down it's FREE? Thank you for an excellent stay and look forward to visiting again!

No bacon or scrambled eggs which I thought would be almost compulsory in Britain. Just 5 different packages of cereals, few breads, few slices of cheese and ham. Everything was empty all the time, the tables had dirty dishes cause there was only one waitress. No signs of what kind of the 3 juices were, just 3 cans of something. The breakfast was sooo poor.

A cosy and comfortable hotel which felt like a home from home! Kensington House Hotel is in a brilliant location and its staff are all pleasant and polite. The continental breakfast provided was delicious and although the room I stayed in had a few flaws (dust on the ceiling fan and a broken slat on the blind), it was cosy and clean. I will definitely return in the future!

This hotel is in a perfect location just outside central London - the area is very upmarket and quiet with a handy array of shops nearby - room was smallish and the bathroom needed updated - rental bikes are nearby also which we took full advantage of to travel into and out of London. It’s close to Kensington palace and Hyde park also. Bed was comfy and of a reasonable size. Room was equipped with a kettle and cups for tea/coffee and also a bath robe. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average but not a massive selection. Great price for the area and time of year we visited London.
