Nice and kind staff, good and clean rooms (much bigger than the English average, which is good news!). It was a very nice surprise. The breakfast is not bad at all! My only complaint is for the dinner.

Picked this hotel for its convenience and great location. Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious however disappointed that the steam rooms did not work and were in the changing rooms. This prevented myself and my partner using the steam room together, that is if they worked:(. Jacuzzi area was nicely decorated, clean and bright, plus we both could...

You definitely get what you pay for and more with this hotel, large rooms, super clean and lovely, very helpful staff, quiet, comfortable. We even got to check in a little early which was amazing since we were so jet lagged. Location is superb. Surprisingly quiet room. The lifts were nice too! Didn't have to lug my bags up stairs.

We returned to the Kingsway having stayed there on a previous visit to London. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many of the attractions. Despite it's central location, the rooms are quiet. The amenities in the room are good.Internet is free and unlimited. We had two comfortable armchairs, useful after a days sightseeing! Would really stay nowhere else.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Covent Garden. Rooms well decorated and comfortable bed and bedding. Numerous public areas for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful.Lovely stay. Don't forget your costume for an early Jacuzzi and steam. Just one small plea - have hairdryers that are more efficient. The ones fitted in the bathrooms are not adequate.

My overall rating is really average to very good and here's why. This Hotel is in a great location for shows and bars in the West End. We attended The Fawlty Towers Experience dinner, held in a room off the main reception. The Experience itself was very funny. The actual dinner was about what I expected, soup, good piece of...

When I first arrived at Kingsway Hall, to be honest, I wasn't super-impressed. The hotel is on a quiet side street, didn't seem to be in the "center of everything" and the decor looked a bit dated. I got to my room, and it was ok - or so I thought. As it turns out, the climate control didn't work,...
