A great hotel and I would stay there again but next time pre-empt potential misdemeanors. Two single beds do not make a double and a broken Air Con in this age is inexcusable. Being moved to a 'better' room that was over a noisy function room was a silly mistake I guess? Staff very helpful, polite and efficient. I didn't...

Chose this as I couldn't get into the Amba Hotel...was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are not great and I have to say not offering a complimentary bottle of water in the room is just stingy for the price charged for rooms. Service from staff was polite / efficient and overall the hotel is good for short stays on business. Didn't have...

Went to see The Carol King Story and needed somewhere in the vicinity near by so we didn't have to far to walk to the Aldwych theatre.Ideally situated in the heart of theatre land so other venues I,e restaurants, bars are very close by.We took the bed/breakfast option and we were not disappointed.Rooms comfortable and mini bar there if required. Not cheap...

Was in central London on business for over a week in December. Hotel was perfect. Location was near the Holburn tube stop, Covent Garden and many restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was attentive and focused on my experience. Strongly recommend this hotel if you are staying in central london.

The plus points are the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location is also good. However, the windows are so poor you can hear everything out on the street below. We had hardly any sleep. Yes I know it's central London, but we've stayed in many other hotels that have been much better. Our friends...

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good location in easy reach of everything. 5 minute walk from tube station, Covent garden and theatres. Rooms are are about average but clean and tidy. Would be nice if the windows could be opened though as I don't like air con to control temperature . Overall I would defiantly recommend this hotel

Lovely rooms. Hairdryer in bathroom Is a "whisperer " but apparently if you know to ask a proper hairdryer is available if you request it specially from reception ! Didn't find this out myself until check out so handy to know. Breakfast is ok. Only had the cold so can't comment on the hot offering. Had to ask for butter...

Great if the company/sponsor is paying the bill, not really for old age pensioners. The food served both a at the private function dinner and at breakfast were excellent and plentiful, no problem at all to have a couple of poached eggs served within about 2/3 minutes.

We only stayed there for one night but I thought it was a great hotel, biggish rooms, clean and well equipped. The only negative was maybe the bathroom was old fashioned, shower in bath, If you have a mobility problems could be difficult but I am being picky Easy access to Covent Garden, etc Would recommend it for short break

This hotel has a great location, it is easy to use the public transportation around it, but will be good a reformation. The hotel and rooms looks old, it will be good a change something more modern. txs
