Easy walk to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace across Westminster Bridge. Taxi can be called to the lobby entrance or use the bus stop one block away. The hotel is very clean and the staff is professional. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel's Favourite
This hotel was well situated in London for easy access to just about everything. I was able to walk to many of the sights. The train and subway were just a couple blocks away to get to sights further out. The bus stop is right across the street. I’m fairly novice at using public transportation, but I found all three easy to use with the help of google maps. The accommodations were top notch. I included breakfast in my stay, and it was well worth it. The food was excellent and service was fast. It got me on my way each morning without having to search out food which can be quite pricey. I went straight from the airport to the hotel at 8:30 am. My room wasn’t ready, but they stored my luggage. I got a call an hour later that my room was ready and my luggage was waiting in my room for me. The staff was friendly with good follow up.

We loved our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and the food was great. The staff were fantastic and took the time to get to know our children by name which made our stay feel really personal. Something you don’t normally get with big chain hotels. Myroslava was the perfect hostess and really made our stay feel extra special. So was so welcoming and we were really impress with her customer service, especially how attentive she was with our children. They loved her. Great job by all staff.

Easily the best hotel that I have stayed in, in London. I come to London every week for business and have done for several years now. This is the first time staying here and I wish I had done it earlier. Really friendly and helpful staff, fantastic gym, great location, comfortable well appointed rooms, good food.

Very nice hotel. Nice architecture and look and feel being in an old classical building. Hotel is in good condition overall. The room was of a good size with everything in good working order. The bathroom was large, clean, and modern with a spacious walk-in shower. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Service at restaurant was average. One of the best features of the hotel beyond architecture is the location - right across the river from Westminster Palace. Short walk to Westminster tube station to then get pretty much anywhere in London. Good place to stay if you have business in the City, but don't necessarily want to spend all your time there. Only downside of our stay was the cost, which I found a bit excessive. They have raised prices significantly since the Covid pandemic.

If you're looking for a great experience in London, look no further. The rooms are beautiful , the architecture is stunning, and the amenities are great. First class service , great food. And to add, the wait staff in the restaurant are just 5 star incredible. Particularly two people we experienced were just outstanding, exemplary of exactly what customer service should be . A HUGE thank you to Vyan and Ana Paula for the outstanding service. Marriott should be rewarding employees like the both of you. As far as convenience , it is in a great location close to the beauties of London such as Big Ben and the River Thames . The London Eye is literally in the front courtyard. You won't find better here, we will be returning. 5 Stars from us.

Very lovely and family friendly hotel! Perfect location with so much to do within just a walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our daughters had a blast right as we arrived and were welcomed by Myroslava Churevych who kept them entertained with colorings and games while we were finalizing the check-in… Our stay was a very positive experience and we definitely highly recommend this hotel!

My Husband and I had a lovely one night stay over the weekend here. It really is a stunning hotel from the moment you pull up and see the very grand driveway and entrance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and everyone had a smile. We had a room overlooking the Thames with a view of the London eye and it really was the wow factor. We were very impressed with the room and actually both said it was one of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in the uk. Every little detail was beautiful in there, especially the bathroom and design on the walls. We didn’t eat in the hotel as was only there for one night but would love to go back and experience the food as well. Great location for exploring London overall!
