A disappointing stay and still waiting for management to contact me re complaints I mentioned to reception staff when checking out. Have stayed at hotel several times including New Year's Eve and spent a lot of money there but on this stay the fridge's motor made a loud humming noise and the air conditioning didn't work well enough so a...

The view from the suite is purely stunning as it oversees the Thames river, Big Ben and Eye of London. Thanks to the executive team for the lovely honeymoon arrangement. The hotel is just refurbished and I love how the modern design fit well with the elegant County Hall building.

This hotel is located in the wonderful Westminster Park of the Great London, it is one minute from the wonderful London Eye, London Dungeon, Dream Works, and Westminster Bridge. I was staying with my family in December 2017 and we had a nice tour and its garden. Then, in March 2017, I had nice and relaxing tea cup in its...

The London Marriott County Hall was the perfect hotel and the perfect location for our family vacation. Upon arriving our daughter was given a rose and she truly was treated like a princess our entire trip. The location was perfect for sightseeing by foot, by bus, car or boat. We loved the room, the pool and the staff. We hope...

When arriving our bags were carried to the front desk for us where check in was easy and quick, we were shown were to go and told all about what we could find in the hotel. The room itself was clean and well presented. Although in my opinion there was a small variety to eat, breakfast was lovely and there...

Visited Londom for the Sleing break with 2 kids. Stayed 3 nights in a premium room with two beds. Did not get any view but the location was superb. The staff is super friendly. Felicia at the front desk was an Angel. The hotel is practically under the London Eye and got a back door to walk right into it....

Simply brilliant. That's the only way to describe this hotel. I'd read mixed reviews so was interested to see for myself how good or bad it was. I booked because of the location, right by the London Eye and overlooking Westminster Bridge and Big Ben. In fact you'll see from the photos that if I stretched my arm out the...

The building itself was beautiful, the staff were welcoming. The room was comfortable and of plentiful size. The pool was also an unexpected additional surprise. Finally the location was on point perfect for both day and night activities.

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
