The hotel is located in the center of London just off Oxford street and very close to Marbel Arch. The location is very convenient if you want to go shopping or access sightseeing tours. The rooms of the hotel are small and are not overlooking any nice views. However, the rooms are very clean with nice bathroom and complementary tea/coffee...

The hotel location is excellent, just off Oxford Street and Marble Arch Tube Station. Staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good with many option of food. The size of room too small and has lower ceiling but the bed was comfortable.

The room was totally unconfortable, there was no space to enter the room as there was a door just one meter after the main door. There was a very heavy and dificult to open door in between the bedroom and the bathroom. The lights were really uncomfortable, just lights on the top of the room and no lights on the...

It's hard in London to find a hotel where you feel like a real person and not a number. Some of the best service I've experienced in London. Whoever leading team here give them a raise. Food very very good, give yourself an extra few mins to enjoy breakfast. So why not 4 stars.....not sure why in fridge is a...

Room size of a closet can hardly turn in here. Room located in the fire escape stair. Got a smoking room had obviously booked non smoking. Breakfast from 7 way to late for a business hotel Price is a robbery at 200 pounds. I would seriously arise against staying here.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.

“Room 120 was on the corner and was very quiet, even with being on the first floor.”
  • Very sufficient! Could be cramped if you have 2 people in there.
  • The bed was heavenly and very very comfy. Nice black-out curtains too!
  • The bath towels were placed on a heated towel rack...Nice!

“In the back the view is of a brick wall. In the front a non-descript London side street.”

“Room 203 is down more than "2-3 steps", and they seem to have a few rooms like this, as these are off the main room corridors and down/up a flight or half flight of stairs to the side. Not an issue for me ”
