Stayed 2 weeks ago for 2 nights with National coach holidays. After reading some previous reviews was pleasantly surprised. We had room G3 on the ground floor which was spotlessly clean, bathroom and furnishings looked as though been recently refurbished. Dinner on the Friday night was poor, especially dessert but the breakfasts and Saturday 's dinner were good. Staff pleasant...

This has got to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Dirty, tired, dated. A family room which only had 1 towel to share. Odd locked doors in the room. The hotel smelt of smoke. The staff don't seem to particularly care and it is evident that this hotel is bound to close shortly.

Phoned reception again who informed me they would phone the police, they didn't. Phoned reception again and again to ask for a room where we could actually get to sleep...

Hotel staff lovely and welcoming on arrival, very quick to ensure both rooms where together, two teenage daughters so they accommodated us with adjoining rooms. Rooms clean but dated, shower hot and powerful, bed on the hard side for one night, wasn't a problem. Hotel ideally situation for Northern line pleasent 8min. walk from Chalk Farm Tube station. Didn't eat...

Arrived Sunday 16th April. The room is warm, clean and the facilities are adequate. We went down to evening meal and that's where it all turned sour. The food came out in dribs and drabs and considering that 50 of us had just arrived wasn't enough and queues ensued. The food was all cooked from frozen and some of it...

We spent 3nights and were a bit disappointed. Couldn't get a meal after 9pm but luckily there is a fantastic Italian restaurant called il primo on England Lane which is just a short walk. There were not enough towels for two people and you need to be under 5'6" to fit under the shower. The room itself was a little...

We stayed here for one night on a tour with National holidays. scruffy from the outside and tired inside. Very quickly checked in. We were in room 304 twin room on 3rd floor. If you get a room near the 2 lifts ask to be moved because you will not get to sleep until everyone is in bed. The lifts...
