This was a surprise birthday getaway that was just so perfect! From the moment we arrived the staff were so caring and helpful. Service was friendly and efficient, no waiting around at all. We were shown to our room which was like a little haven. I believe we stayed in a junior suite and it was gorgeous. Lovey big bed,...

...but didn't start that way. My wife and I booked a sister property to Knightsbridge in Kensington (Number 16) and after we booked we learned that they overbooked us. The service that ensued was beyond, as the re route to their sister property was met with an upgrade and incredible effort to make good on the mishap. 5 star service...

I've been to many afternoon teas in various locations around London and I was very conscious of booking somewhere that had a more traditional feel, with a dessert selection that was familiar consisting of edible cakes/sweets, rather than the fancy desserts that are too sweet, that you get at some of the more well know hotels. Prior to our booking,...

First time we have stayed at the Knightsbridge and it is a lovely hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac off Knightsbridge. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants and easily accessible from London Heathrow. Lovely room with some very nice touches. Bed was very comfortable with beautiful bed linens and towels. Staff excellent and friendly. Would recommend and we will certainly be...

This hotel is in an excellent location, on a quintessentially London street. The decor is superb and the comfort of the bed could not have been better. I would have given this a higher rating had the hotel followed through on our most important request - early check in. My travel agent asked for early check in. When we checked...

It has been awhile since I have been to London. Probably 5 years already. Arriving at the hotel, i was pleasantly impressed by the exterior achitecture and after more impressed by the interior decor. Chic and clean modernity is how I would like to describe this hotel.

We have stayed at Knightsbridge many times. We absolutely love the hotel, great location and very personable. Per Sorenson, the concierge, is the same as always, delightful in every way. We love having breakfast in bed. Firmdale just does it right. Chris and Alison Reynolds.

Very charming hotel, with exceptional service. The staff was gracious, kind, and accommodating. The decor is stylish yet understated. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities for our six year old son: children's bath robe and slippers, toiletry set, and coloring book. One night we took a taxi back to the hotel, and realized...

My husband and I stayed on Saturday night for his birthday. This hotel is a little gem, truly modern, fresh and beautiful. The service was excellent and we couldn't fault it. Even the parking outside on a Sunday is free. Located on a quite street with no through traffic, so a peaceful nights sleep too. 10/10
