I firstly must point out how friendly and helpful the staff were. My room was clean had decent facilities but was extremely hot, it didn’t make much difference when I adjusted the thermostat. Quiet and peaceful room. Would use again.

1st stay here and pleasantly surprised. Reception staff very helpful. Room was of a decent size given it is central London. However desk had limited space as most of it was taken up with the tea tray. Would be better if this could be placed...More
