Stayed on a Hotel Tonight deal. I’d seen that the reviews were mixed, but thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Welcome was warm and the room was comfortable. My only small grip was that a single lift for all the rooms means a long wait at peak...More
Hello. We had a superior queen room for 3 nights, heated with an electrical heater (to small), the windows are old (wood) and you can not imagine the wind coming from outside, in the room. The room is very small with bad smell. The continental...More

Hi zumbafit!, thank you for the great review, we have noted your feedback about the headboard and therefore the lighting and will look for a solution. Hope to see you again soon.

Hello carole m, we apologise for the chaotic breakfast and glad we got in under control for your second day. Sloane Square is one of our favourite spots, lovely shops, restaurants and the fabulous Saatchi Gallery. Hope to see you next time you are in...More
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of.
