Good hotel, centrally located. Good breakfast, clean rooms and excellent staff - Flavia, Nana, Nikil, Brigita, Mircea and most importantly Daneil made the staff very comfortable. The staff at the hotel made the difference!

Fantastic location in Fitzrovia, under ten minutes walk to various Underground stations and only a little more to Soho and beyond. Nice quiet street with lots of pubs and small restaurants in the area, all gently bustling. Very friendly staff and comfortable if compact room. Very good breakfast too. On the down side, their bar area is soulless and put us off even considering dining at the hotel. No proper view from our room. Shower was in the bath that was ridiculously high sided and hard to climb into. Would I stay again? Probably but this is available elsewhere, so why would we?

I really didnt like the hotel lying to us. In the decription of the room it says: "Executive" room, 19m2. Well it is not. We measured it. Borrow measurement tape form the workers in the hotel and measured it. It was 12m2. Room 312 was payed as Executive room, for almost 700 pounds for 3 nights. Not worth it. When we arrived, we saw that it is so small. I really dont like when people lie in the desciption. Maybe other rooms are bigger and they gave us actually the standard room, as they were working on other rooms in the hotel. Beats me why would they do that in the summer 2022 and not during lockdowns...but ok. Do not book this hotel in the summer. We went when it was ok outside, but still - room got so, so hot, it was unbearable. Has no airconditioning and no mini bar. Rooms are really old and not like in the photos. Worn out. Maybe renovations they are doing right now, will fix that hotel up, as otherwise has a great staff and location. In that case I would come back... otherwise not.

If you want a ritzy "high roller" place to stay, then stop reading and head to five star hotels.  BUT if you want to spend a few nights in a place that is on the government's registry of historic places, then please continue.  Langham COURT hotel is not the Langham Hotel.  It is a down to earth very clean place with a staff that tries to please.  It provides, for those that wish, an English breakfast that is well prepared.  It includes fresh scrambled eggs, fruit, good coffee and cereals as well as other items for a stick to the ribs start for the day.  The rooms are small and the bathrooms are small but they are well cleaned with ample towels and comfortable pillows and mattress. There is no A/C. but a fan is provided.  Of note is Victor who is ready to serve up, with a smile, drinks as well as ice water.  At the front desk  Flavia and Emese are super staff and are ready to provide information as well as services with a winning warmth. .

We arrived early and paid £25 for an early check in. Our room was average sized. The bed was comfortable. It had all basic amenities (kettle, wardrobe etc) The bathroom was spacious and clean. The views from our window were nice, it overlooked the main road. The bar in the hotel was small but comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was average and drinks were nice. Breakfast itself was a little disappointing. It was a very small room and felt like we were squashed in together amongst the other tables. The toaster was based in between tables due to lack of space. The food was replenished regularly. The choice of foods were ok, it was average tasting. We have enjoyed much better breakfasts elsewhere (especially in london) The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to regent/oxford street. Overall an average stay. Unfortunately we have stayed in nicer hotels within the same price point and had better service but were thankful for the staff and their efforts.

Hi . It was my wife's birthdays and we booked this hotel for a couple of nights. We didn't get off to a good start as the room was in the so called Dungeon. I spoke to the staff at reception. They couldn't have been more helpful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a truly enjoyable experience and we shall be returning. It's ideally located for doing the tourist attractions and Hyde Park was close . Breakfast and evening meal were very good 👍. Apart from the so called Dungeon a very good hotel with caring staff. Just visited this hotel in the last couple of days and although the room was described as a Superior Double Room, my wife and I were placed in a room in the basement. It felt like a dungeon and was certainly not a superior room. There were workmen walking past the window every few minutes, the room itself was stuffy and lacked any air, the tv didn't work as kept switching itself off after you changed a channel or adjusted the volume, the bathroom was so small and the shower itself was disgusting, please please avoid the dungeon rooms. When you flushed the loo there was gurgling and spluttering coming from the shower waste which then chucked out some disgusting coloured waste water into the shower tray. Please avoid the dungeon rooms. The complimentary drink wasn't great either in the hotel bar - unless you wanted a dodgy house red which tasted of port it was a lager. We did ask if we could move rooms but were told the other floors were full. This was strange as at breakfast the next morning there were only 4 other people in the restaurant at 9am. Avoid the Dungeon rooms. I will not be staying here again when I return to London next month.

On arrival we were met by a lovely informative staff member. The rooms were cosy but clean and had all the usual facilities. We all enjoyed the breakfast. Location is perfect for Oxford Street and Central London. What makes this hotel is the lovely staff who go out of their way to help. We would definitely return.

The outside of this hotel is beautiful and our room, which was a twin, was very small but had everything we needed. Location was great with Carnaby street and Regents Park all within walking distance. Sergios over the road is worth a visit as well. My one gripe is the reception - it took 25 minutes for people to check in with all your details being taken on an iPad including the second visitor. The reception was tiny and only one person can be seen at a time. When we checked out we got so fed up with waiting we went and got our own suitcases from the room out the back!! Nice hotel - reception just needs work.

We booked through Hotels.com and used some vouchers as a treat . The room we got was not as per the picture shown . We checked in early and left our case at lunchtime just expecting to pick up our key later in the day , when we returned we were told we had a basement room and when I refused to accept that room I was told we should have got there earlier as rooms are allowed after 3pm ! We were offered a box room with a sloping roof so you had to be careful you didn’t hit your head getting into bed and in the shower . The tv only had 3 channels working and bed was a tiny double and rock hard. We were offered an upgrade to full breakfast from continental ( it was included anyway) and then 20% of dinner ( which again was already offered to guests) . The only thing this hotel has is a good location and the breakfast was ok but tea and coffee were in flasks . Staff were polite but I will not be returning . This is not a 4* hotel and it spoilt our weekend . A park bench would have been more comfortable. I can’t comment if there are any decent rooms but we certainly got the dregs . No water or biscuits or any niceties .
