Its looks like a nice hotel on the Theems. But the access is limited. Poor bus connection available from underground or otherwise (after ten minutes waiting time) you go first with ferry for a cross over and than a five minutes walk to Canary Warf Station. The hotel is simply to far from the citycentre

I'm a Hilton Honours member. I booked the Executive Suite and Lounge for a couples break. Executive Room was small. Bathroom so small, my partner injured her leg, and I injured my elbow on the sink. Nothing Executive about it. Executive Lounge door was a bottom half of a stable door which was not staffed and was broken, letting anybody...

The hotel was cozy and clean. Although only a partial riverside view included a balcony and none-the-less made for a pleasant experience. I stayed over the Christmas period and it was nice. I am from London but viewed it with a different set of eyes so to speak. At night walking alongside the waterfront was beautiful. Just to take it...

I booked this room to celebrate a special occasion, and promptly wrote to the hotel to ask if they could help me to find a way to make it extra special. I assumed that no one had read the email, because I didn't get a reply. I tried calling the hotel, but got no answer on a few occasions, so...

I stayed for one night and it was disappointing to say the least. I took a taxi to the hotel as it is located quite far from the nearest public transport. On arrival, the hotel looked new, clean and modern. The room was compact but still comfortable, as the interior was new and the decor was nice. The view overlooking...

The best aspect of this hotel is the riverside location - hop on the free ferry to Canary Wharf where there are shops and restaurants or alternatively catch the river bus to get into central London. If you have done London loads of times before - this hotel gives a different perspective :-) We were upgraded to a river room...

Would you attend a Gala Dinner and expect your coffee to be served in a paper cup with a wooden stick to stir it? - disgraceful!! Don't get me wrong, this is a good hotel, with spacious, modern rooms (tiny bathrooms) and a helpful staff who serve excellent breakfasts, but the management need to think very carefully about the entertainment...

We stayed a couple of nights midweek. A recent refit meant the bedrooms were great, bathrooms hadn't been totally overhauled though. Room was extremely hot and we weren't able to adjust the AC so it remained off, the system didn't look new. Great ferry shuttle service over to Canary Wharf. The hotel was busy. Breakfast was excellent. The service in...

The hotel is a little way out for most london attractions, but if you don't mind a short boat journey most of the London sights are on your doorstep. The hotel entrance foyer and restaurant or very pleasant with good river views, however be careful to get a room in the old building! The newer wing has the most awkward...
