Staff was nice but the room was so little + bed was awful. I stood up all the night when other person moved, I woke up several times. Bedding was also awful. So cheap sheets and pillow was very old. Location was great!

Nice hostel. Breakfast was included and it was very basic (bread, cereal, porridge, juice, tea and coffee) but enough. The rooms were accommodating many people and the bunk beds had three stories. It was very easy to hit your head or back if you were on the bottom one. There were no plugs available for some of the beds, which...

Very well located, close to Victoria station and 10 minutes from Buckinham palace. The staff was very kind and friendly. Although the room in which we slept was far too big and crowded, nearly 20 people sleeping in the same place in 3 people bunks.

An extremely affordable place to stay close to the centre of town. Place seemed clean and staff were friendly. Food and wide range of drinks stocked in the bar. Ambiance was surprisingly calm and peaceful. Dorm has bunks three storeys high. I found them quite comfortable, but you might want to request a bottom bunk if you can't climb. Lots...

It was a lovely place to stay. Basic but everything you needed was available. 1 shower didn't work & 1 basin leaked but not a problem once you knew. Beds comfortable & clean. Room was secure & we had enough space. Breakfast was just what we needed & plenty of it. It had a comfortable, friendly feel & if you...

I really enjoyed this Hostel. It's in a cool pub with great burgers and in perfect walking distance to all of the sites in Westminster. The room was very clean and there are lockers available to place your luggage. Would recommend.

The highlight had to be the free breakfast and I'm not saying that it was incredible. Nice to have some toast and a cuppa. Also the positives were the proximity to the coach station, which was the reason I booked it and that did not disappoint. In other news, if you've ever questioned whether you'll get any sleep in a...

I'm writing this review as I am still up at 3 am in a room with 24!!!! beds in it. These means a minimum of 3 people snoring at all times keeping you awake and 2 people getting up to go to the bathroom every 15 minutes. On top of the crowded, unreasonable quarters, the bathrooms are not nice and...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
