This is a very nice hotel at a sensible price. It's not quite going to rival the mayfair and park lane high end hotels though it will knock the socks off any 4 star in London and there are plenty of London 5 star hotels...More

Me and my partner have been here more than 3 times! It is our favourite hotel with the best customer service, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing and always clean. The breakfast is amazing too !!
The hotel is well kept and very attentive to your needs. At times it can be very busy at the front reception.
Staff kind and helpful. I sat in reception watching the front desk for approx 30min and never witnessed any unkindness to the public....More
