We stayed at the Morgan Hotel for 3 nights in their first floor triple (a double with a single bed). Our room was a very reasonable price compared to others we looked at, but it was certainly not super spacious for three people. This hotel is very conveniently located to not only the British Museum, but to two Underground stops:... More

This quaint hotel was owned for decades by the same family and was just recently sold. My husband and I first stayed here 13 years ago and loved the quirky, warren-like nature of the place: tiny reception area downstairs, 2-3 rooms up and down each of the many landings, and full English breakfast included in the very reasonable price. The... More

The hotel is located in a rather old fashioned townhouse in Camden, just a few minutes walk from the Theatre district and Covent Garden. The room was a bit basic (1960s furnishings) but clean and a good size for London. I have stayed in much smaller rooms in 4 star London hotels. Both wifi and air con worked. Breakfast was... More

GREAT location......GREAT staff....... We very much enjoyed the complimentary Full English Breakfasts, and the location in Bloomsbury is excellent for getting around the city. Comfortable room, and everyone was very helpful to a couple of "first timers" to London. Be sure to check out the Museum Tavern around the corner for a pint!

The lobby which is about 12 sq ft, is downstairs from the entrance. You should have seen us wrangling our three suitcases and two backpacks down the narrow winding staircase to check in- groan. We were careful to book and later confirm a double room but we were given a room with two twins. The clerk offered to combine them... More

I recently spent two nights at the Morgan Hotel which was in a great location for my business purposes. I was allocated to a double room at basement level. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. When I was shown to the room I noted an unpleasant smell which I hoped would clear by airing the room...... More

This hotel was just a blessing after we left a different hotel in the area because of mice! The Morgan Hotel welcomed us, gave us a room right on the main floor. The hotel is right around the corner from the British Museum. Very good shower and water pressure (although you can't drink the water from the tap - but... More

We stayed for 1 night on a sightseeing and theatre trip. We arrived rather early and our room wasn’t ready - to be fair it was way before the stated check in time. We went for some lunch and returned 40 mins later and to our delight found we had been upgraded to the ground floor Suite in the annexe.... More

For the price, it is a very convenient location for central London, theatres, Covent Garden, Oxford Street. It is not terribly modern, but clean and perfect when you want to spend your time out and about. Plenty available for breakfast - refills were provided when requested. Staff were happy to store our luggage on departure day. Water in showers took... More

This was ideal for our overnight stay and we would use this hotel again. We wanted somewhere smaller and more personal. Our room was on the top floor and at the back so it was really quiet even though the road in front is busy. We knew there was no lift but it was rather an exhausting climb. Not a... More
