Unfortunately due to the listed status of our building a lift is not permitted and there are a lot of stairs which makes it not suitable for guests with disabilities. We could offer a low floor room once we know the dates of your visit if this is something that will assist. Kind regards. Nicholas

Dear Diane, thank you for your enquirer. It is correct that breakfast is included and is free as it is stated on our website but is only if you book directly through us. You have chosen to book the cheapest possible rate via A third party where there are two options to choose a rate with Breakfast and a much cheaper rate without breakfast. Since it was your choice to opt for the cheaper non breakfast option the only alternative is to pay extra £10 per person directly to the hotel. I hope that helps to clarify the situation. Kind regards. Nicholas
