We stayed at this hotel for 4 days while visiting London last year and loved it!
The owners Tessa and Attila were both really friendly and helpful and made the hotel feel like our home during our stay.

As per other reviews, the service couldn't be faulted. Even after we had checked out Tessa invited us to use the lounge and help ourselves to coffee. Our room (and en-suite) was certainly compact but had all the necessary mod-cons and was spotlessly clean as...More

Thank you very much for your enquiry and your interest in our hotel. Unfortunately due to the listed status of our building a lift is not permitted and there are a lot of stairs which makes it not suitable for guests with disabilities. We could offer a low floor room once we know the dates of your visit if this is something that will assist. Kind regards. Nicholas

Dear Diane, thank you for your enquirer. It is correct that breakfast is included and is free as it is stated on our website but is only if you book directly through us. You have chosen to book the cheapest possible rate via A third party where there are two options to choose a rate with Breakfast and a much cheaper rate without breakfast. Since it was your choice to opt for the cheaper non breakfast option the only alternative is to pay extra £10 per person directly to the hotel. I hope that helps to clarify the situation. Kind regards. Nicholas
