I booked this hotel to visit London with my family. The booking site states that your bank details are required to confirm and hold your booking but payment will be made when checking in. However, this is a LIE - this hotel debits you straight away so be careful and aware!! I rang them to query this and they are...

Basic but generally OK. The rooms next to the main road are very noisy. The blinds on the windows have a large gap so you'll be woken by the morning sun. Generally clean but don't look too closely behind or under anything; it's obviously only a quick surface clean by the staff. Location is good with easy transport into London...

Stayed here for 3 nights, our room was clean, warm and comfortable. It had a television and kettle with an en suite that had a really powerful shower. There was no lift, Breakfast was eggs, beans and toast and a selection of yoghurts, cereal and juice and was plenty to set us up for the day although the dining room...

Beware! They are shifting guests around their different properties with no advance notice. You might no end up in the hotel you booked! On top of that the staff was rude referring to the T&Cs on their website (which I never agreed to as I booked on Booking.com). The room was mouldy and the only hot beverages at breakfast were...

This hotel is located rather beneficially, not far from the tube station; it's easily accessible and you can get to the center of London quite fast. The neighbourhood is very nice, with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants in abundance. The rooms are nicely decorated but very small. The bathroom is also small but has everything necessary; hot water runs well...

We paid £213 for a small, and extremely warm twin-room. One of the beds were lopsided and not against the wall - kept creaking even if you just moved a leg or arm (very uncomfortable) Bathroom was small and very claustrophobic - no window so fresh air in as it got EXTREMELY hot, neither radiator worked or was on so...

Where should I start? The room had 3 beds, one double and two twins .I felt like I am in a hostel. The most upsetting thing was that we have a baby with us and the room smell very strong paint and was super hot.Couldn't sleep more than 2 hours without waking up . I have stayed in cheap hotel...

Arrived at the main hotel reception, when checking in the guy on the desk asked for payment, I told him I had paid, the other guy in the back ground said my card had been declined, I again stated that I had paid. I took the attitude of not doubting myself in front of them though inside i was starting...

Paid £70 for a double room- if you can call it that. It was tiny. Despite the room being tiny the air just did not circulate and was freezing so had to ask for an extra heater. It took the man at reception an hour to get one from another hotel so sat in the room in my coat waiting....
