Rubbish service, bad and smelly rooms, bad lighting, very poor breakfast, bad wifi. It's the most boring hotel I've ever been to. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, however I will not recommend this hotel for travelers to choose.

Room basic and lacks luxury but it has a bed and a tv and even a massive window which opens all the way so you can walk out onto the balcony and enjoy the marvellous views. Shower gets you clean and the bed sheets are clean. Once the curtain is drawn you get a dark room which is nice and...

Stayed there at the start of June. Can't fault the location one but very close to Paddington Station and 25 minutes on a bus to Covent Garden. The receptionist was a nicely odd fellow. Very friendly. Now the room we had was cramped and very very warm. The bed was very low to the ground and the drawers next to...

The hotel needs an upgrade urgently, but while it needs a coat of paint and new carpet and light fittings the beds were clean and although bathroom was small it was very clean and the breakfast was great and staff friendly and helpfull

Very friendly and helpful owner, the room was fine (shared with a friend and there was enough personal space. Great location and short walk to Albert Hall, would definitely stay again, booked parking space in advance. A little worn, but not a problem. Value for money Happy customer.

Minus great location awful hotel, smelt horrible. 100% would never stay there again. Thin walls could hear every word from room next to us. Breakfast was not nice and cutlery dirty with awful service. Bed was basically on floor and blankets felt itchy and not trustworthy

Window wouldn't open with used a chair to hold it open... - brown stains on towel. The nice but non hotel staff didn't believe me. -new but moldy bathroom. -stains on walls. -I wouldn't...

I had booked to stay here as a surprise weekend as we were going to watch Wicked! The greeting we got wasn't the most welcoming, after checking in, we wondered up to our room, the carpets up the stairs were well worn and dirty, the stairwell was in great need of decorating and cleaning. Once I opened the door to...

Complications with the receptionist, nearly having us to pay extra for a misunderstanding. Not particularly impressed with the room as the bathroom smelt really bad and the ventilation come through to the room. Only positive was, the kitchen staff were very nice people with great service. Would not recommend staying here however.
