Very nice atmosphere. The manager Lorenzo and the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Great location - pleasant neighborhood, 2 minutes from the Heath park & tube.

Our reason for staying at La Gaffe is covered in the title. The rooms are small and one has to live out of the suitcase, which, for an extended stay, is a little frustrating. We have stayed there three times and on one occassion the cleaniless of the shower was questionable. However when this was raised with Lorenzo, it was...

I travel alone, so there's a lot that matters to me when I choose lodging. I just left after a week at La Gaffe in London and again have confirmed I won't stay anywhere else in London. I travel a lot all over Europe. The strength of La Gaffe is the feeling of being welcome - they want you to...

traveling to London and staying at La Gaffe always gives you a great feeling. this family run hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in London, and each morning that you wake up there you just wish you could stay more. The hotel is owned by an Italian family, so the warmth Italian attitude towards whoever stays...

Our stay was a mixture of the really good and the very uncomfortable. The dinner we had was very nice and I would recommend their food. Lorenzo and his staff were excellent. Great communication and very helpful. However, the room was not at all adequate. There was nowhere decent to put any of our belongings - apart from 1 bed...

My daughter and myself have just had a 2 night stay here. I wouldn't rate this hotel at all. The floor had not been cleaned, you could see mud stains on the floor. There were hairs on the top blanket on the bed. The nets and curtains hadn't been washed for some time. They looked and felt grimy. The mattress...

If You want a laid back and rustic place to stay, with a charming italian restaurant who serves great food in the same building, this is the place for You. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good value for the money. The hotel is located just a short walk from Hampstead tube and Hampstead Heath. The best of both worlds. 10-12...
