Stayed in a family room with my daughter and grandson, staff were all brilliant, food fab, beds comfy and an excellent location, all in all a superb stay, would definitely stay here again, an iconic building right next to the London Eye

We checked in at 1.30 - depends on the turn around of the room.

The staff are very very helpful and I am sure they will not mind you leaving your luggage that long. There is no charge but they have a box for charity donations. You will enjoy your stay it is a great hotel, a fine... More

Yes, there are staff in reception who greet you when you arrive, there are also staff moving around in the building that we saw and the hotel corridors are well lit and seems safe to me. The area outside the Hotel is very... More
